Hi Scott, unfortunately I can’t control how many people are checking in at once at the resort desk. That is out of my control but I apologize it was long. Secondly I’m sorry you feel it was horrible because It is a small single size room in an Airbnb so you can’t compare it to a hotel size room.

Hi Stephany We try to be extremely transparent so yes the room is small and tight as you mentioned pictured. As far the resort fees those are mentioned in the listing and that amount I wish I could change but that isn’t my income. It’s part of any resort community regardless of use. We only charge $50/night which for a clean upgraded room you won’t find near Disney.

Jeff, I’m sorry for your experience but your review is inaccurate. Jeff and his wife asked for alternative options to rent the full unit next door. The full size unit was priced at $120 vs $50 for this unit. I expressed to him that I will prorate what he paid and give him the option of the full house. Jeff and his wife declined to pay the difference. They demanded for extra amenities that I typically do not provide. I had stopped by the unit to provide them with porch furniture, white dining room chair, and a coffee maker. They took the white furniture and set it outside and used it as a footrest. Jeff and his wife did not leave after the first night. They stayed for the entire reservation. Their personal code was used throughout their stay. I had reach out to them to see if they had everything they need and I can accommodate. The couple did not use Vrbo to reply but insisted on using text message. The resort offered alternative options for the lazy pool maintenance and the couple was provided with a 50% discount for their inconvenience. After their stay the couple informed me they were filing a complaint for pool maintenance. The property photo accurate display the room size and accommodation.

Hi Amy, Your door code was sent to you in the Vrbo app at 6am on the day of your arrival. After my property manager notified me that you didn’t receive it. I resent the code. You had access to it because after my second message. You had used your personal code to enter the property. The cable tv is working perfectly. I was just there to take inventory. We use a spectrum tv box. The room was provided with 2 remote controls. One for the tv and one for the cable box. After your check in, I had made several attempts to make sure you had everything you need. You never communicated. Unfortunately without communication I was unable to assist. The tiny black bugs comes out during the hot Florida temperature. We have treated our units.
