Welcome to our home away from home, where you can relax with friends and family in a convenient, oceanfront, luxury resort with all of the amenities, including 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, and a restaurant on site. This non smoking unit sleeps up to 10, and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, regular coffee maker, a crock pot, blender, a Weber mini-grill, and a kitchenette. Linens (sheets and towels) are included.

Relaxing Vacation

The Property was exactly how it looks in pictures. Very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing was our main focus and we were able to do just that.

North Topsail 2024

We ready enjoyed this condo. The owner is very easy to get a hold of if there are issues. They have quite a few beach items already there, umbrellas, beach toys. The pools are definitely a plus, a few to choose from.

An enjoyable stay!

Our family loved staying at the condo- great views and we enjoyed being right on the beach. The kids loved the pools! We didn’t want to go home- hoping to visit again! Easy check-in and check-out! Thank you!!!

Wonderful week in North Topsail

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this well-equipped unit! Plenty of space for everyone to relax and the owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. We have stayed in many units at the Villa over the years and this was one of the best. From the extra towels to other beach extras provided, we were able to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Hope to stay again next year!

Fantastic villa to stay in for Relaxation!

This was a great spot to stay for a nice getaway! Aaron was very helpful from the get-go with very descriptive instructions to being very responsive to our questions. The villa provides everything you need and more. Very nice views, spacious unit, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice tv's, quality towels, and well decorated. The pool is outstanding in this complex. We hope to be back sometime in the not-too-distant future!

Just Perfect ☀️

Our family couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean, very spacious, and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the cupboards were fully stocked, and plenty of linens were supplied. Truly perfect! The owners were very happy to help me when I was unable to get into the condo 😂 They were very patient and walked me thru the process. This Cleveland family gives a A++ review

A gem in North Topsail!

My wife's family has visited the Villa for the last 30 years (being owners and renting). This is definitely the best unit we've rented recently! Communication beforehand was quick and efficient, the check-in process was very clearly stated in the instructions and we didn't have an issue getting in. The space itself was fantastic. Very clean and having sheets and towels provided makes life easier. There were also some small shampoo bottles provided and some other kitchen amenities. The kitchen itself was well-stocked. The bedrooms suited our needs and the beds were comfortable. The electric grill on the patio was perfect and meant we didn't have to buy charcoal and use the communal grills outside. Overall, Vickie and Aaron's unit was amazing and we're glad we had the opportunity to stay in it this year. Thank you!

Great condo

The condo was spacious and clean. There were soap dispensers at every sink, adequate amounts of dishwasher and laundry detergent, some toilet paper and paper towels provided (we didn’t need to buy more for a 1-week stay), sufficient numbers of bath towels and linens, and an easy-to-use washer/dryer. The balcony has a great view. The A/C worked well. The beds were soft but comfortable. My only issue was that we weren’t told in advance that no beach towels would be provided, so we had to buy those after arriving. A bunch of beach toys and gear was also available in the apartment, which was great. The condo complex is great for kids. There are several pools and hot tubs, plus beach access. The on-site restaurant was good (we got takeout by the pool one day). Parking was a bit annoying as the close lot fills up quickly. Also, you have to bring your garbage out across the parking lot, but the owners provided several garbage bags, so we didn’t have to buy more. The owners were extremely responsive to every question we had. Overall, it was a really fantastic experience, and we were very satisfied with our stay! We would definitely go back.

Clean, roomy, great location.

Large bedrooms, nice kitchen, great view of the ocean. Huge pool, never crowded. Very good restaurant on site. Strong internet, 2 large TVs. Everything was clean and beds are very comfortable. Aaron is very responsive.
