The space The neighborhood is within walking and short driving distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Inside the entry of the house are maps and brochures of local hot spots. Guest access The entire house and front and back yards and patios are accessible to guests. Parking is in front of the house. Other things to note House has easy access to Interstates 10 (east /west corridor) and 25 going north towards Albuquerque.
Beautiful home with a fully fenced back yard. The host was so considerate in labeling all of the light switches, drawers and different areas of the house. The check in process was very smooth and I appreciated the digital lock - no need for keys.It took a few hours for the house to cool down to room temp once we arrived, which was hard for the dogs. If there is a way to start bringing the temp down before we arrived that would be fantastic. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
This was a perfect family hideaway for a cozy weekend. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for the whole family, including our fur babies. Gail was wonderful with prompt communication and even provided a whole list of possible To Dos in the area. Would definitely reserve again.
Gail was kind and made sure we had all we needed when we arrived. She let us know of good local restaurants (which we tried and loved) and also let us know she had a foot spa for after our long hike (which was happily used). The house was clean and welcoming. We were really sore after our hike, and the bed was so comfortable. We wish we had a longer stay so we could have enjoyed the backyard. We are returning to Las Cruces next year, and are definitely going to try and stay here again. Overall it was such a wonderful and comfortable stay.
A Wed thru Sat am stay. A home feeling. Very comfortable and accommodating. Ammenities good.Location good for what we did (White Dunes, Dripping Springs hike, shopping, Relaxation).Host great in explaining things and giving us access. Good access system. Secure and safe.
very clean, spacious, well decorated and stocked. lots of instructions on how things worked. only thing is there wasn't much for tv. a few local channels. couldn't get apple tv to work.
This was the perfect place for our girlsâ weekend to celebrate the arrival of a baby girl. My best friend and I have been friends for over 40 years and have raised our kids together and now they are having babies and it is wonderful to be able to spend time together. This home facilitated the making of great memories.
This was our second stay and the experience was just as good as the first. Had our dog this time and the proximity to the park is outstanding.
Appreciate Gail and her communication.
Thanks for another great stay!
Great House and location. Clean, very roomy and comfortable. Extremely well furnished and quiet neighborhood. Have to say this is the best bargain I have ever rented.
This is my second time staying at this house. Itâs very cute, feels like youâre at home. We come to Las Cruses to visit our kid whoâs in college. The location of this house is great. Very close to nmsu college. Highly recommend this house.
This was one of the cleanest and comfortable places weâve ever stayed. The house is very well organized and we felt so comfortable. We are definitely booking here again.
The property is a beautiful home. Very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. Itâs in a very good location, we all felt safe. Our host Gail was amazing. She was super nice and answered my question promptly. Will rent again if available in the future.
I love being a host and am a Superhost with Airbnb. I have two degrees in hospitality management from Texas Tech University and Florida International University. Being a host has been my favorite job to date. I grew up in El Paso and have lived in eight other cities working in hospitality with over 20 years in the industry.
It is my goal to make your stay in our house the best experience you have ever had with regard to having a clean house, comfortable beds, furniture, and a stock of the little things that make this house a home away from home. T
This property is in a great location, in a safe neighborhood less than a mile from New Mexico State University. It is centrally located and has two small parks a block away from the entry of the neighborhood. There is quick access to restaurants, stores, and downtown.
The unique benefits of staying at our house are the value, service and the decĂłr. I take my role as your host very seriously and it is an honor and pleasure to have you stay with us. I have been known to offer a baked good in the refrigerator and information about our friends that are local artisans or artists. We encourage guests to visit local attractions and take in the sites that are both in nature or that have a cultural aspect to them.
