Our location on Estero Blvd guides you through Estero Island, with Bowditch Point Park to the north and Lovers Key State Park to the south. We are conveniently close to Lovers Key State Park for your enjoyment.

This is a first floor apartment in a private home. There is a second apartment that comprises the entire second floor and back of the first floor. You may hear common sounds experienced when someone lives on the level next to or above you.

While the home is back to pre hurricane condition, the Island is still suffering the impacts from the storm. Publix is open along with a number of restaurants, food trucks and shops. More open every week.
(1) Pool Use â Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced. Swimming alone is not permitted. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision at all times.
(2) Tropical Environment â The property is located in a tropical environment where insects and rodents are common. While the Owner uses best efforts to minimize pests, occasional contact with insects or rodents inside or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement and does not qualify for a refund or rental adjustment.
(3) Reporting Issues â Any issues with the unit must be reported immediately to the Owner via the booking platform messaging system. The Owner will be given a reasonable amount of time to address and resolve the issue. Issues that do not prevent reasonable and habitable occupancy do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and do not qualify for a refund or rental adjustment.
(4) Thermostat / Air Conditioning â Do not set the thermostat below 70°F. In general, it should not be set more than 16°F below the outdoor temperature (for example, if it is 92°F outside, the thermostat should not be set below 76°F). Failure to follow this guideline may cause the compressor to freeze and may result in damage charges.
(5) Security Cameras â For your safety, security cameras are in use and will be recording during your stay. Cameras are located outside only, including the pool area and at each entrance to the home (front door, side door, and sliding doors). Do not unplug, tamper with, or disable the cameras. A $100 fee will be charged if cameras are disrupted and need to be restored.
(6) Occupancy & Parties â Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Parties and events are not permitted, and community disturbance policies are strictly enforced.
(7) Noise â No amplified music is permitted. If neighbors can hear you, the noise level is too loud.
(8) Pets â Pets may not be left unattended and must not disturb neighbors or other guests.
(9) Pool Temperature â The pool is typically maintained at approximately 82°F. When the ambient outdoor temperature drops below 60°F, the pool heat pump may not be able to maintain this temperature, and the water temperature may be lower. This does not constitute a maintenance issue or grounds for a refund.
