Beautiful cabin with tall windows that look out to a beautiful view. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and game options. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The views couldnt be best. We would definitely stay here again.
Cabin was perfect for our 2 families of 4 (2 young kids/family). Everything was clean and exactly as described. Views are amazing. Probably the best communication Iâve ever had from owners. Would definitely stay at this cabin again.
Property was great, just like pictures! Beautiful views, from the decks, spent most nights on the top deck watching the sun sets. Location was perfect! about 10 minutes from most attractions in town and 20 to Gatlinburg depending on traffic. Nice to be close to attractions and restaurants but far enough away to feel like you are really in the mountains! We had a great stay.
The hosts were excellent with following up to make sure everything was complete before check in. They quickly responded to any emails with questions I had, and over the past ten years we visited pigeon forge, it was by far he most enjoyable cabin with the best view we had stayed in. Seeing the view of the mountains and sitting on the deck and hearing the steam horn from the train echoing through the valley gave a since of nostalgia I will never forget.
This cabin was beautiful. It was clean, well kept and the beds were great. Everything was updated and the kids had so much fun in the game room. The roads to the cabin made it easy to get to and it was close enough to everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge. The views of the snow covered mountains from all three balconies was unbelievable. Highly recommend this cabin for your trip to the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Our family of 2 grandkids (8 & 6), 2 adults and 2 grandparents rented this lovely cabin for a fall break get-away. It's a great location for all things near Pigeon Forge, and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Wonderful porches for viewing the mountians, sunrises and sunsets (higher seating on the main porch would be nice to see over the rail though!). The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality everything (pots, pans, mixer, blender, coffee pots, plates, glasses, silverware - even a crockpot!) Beds and linens were good. Their pictures are very accurate. Kids loved the game room, which had several board games too, and the hot tub. The hot water was scorching though, so be careful with littles. The owners were VERY responsive to several early requests and issues we encountered - much appreciated! Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
Overall a great property and weâd certainly stay here again! Iâll offer a few critiques not because the experience was bad, just so it could potentially be better. The big hunter game doesnât work. No hot pads and only 1 kitchen towel and washcloth. The seats on the decks are all low, taller chairs would lead to a more relaxing view. Also, throw a couple of tables out there for coffee cups in the morning.
All things considered this was a fantastic place. Great location in regards to the parkway. Our first night there was a momma bear and her 3 cubs playing behind the cabin just off of the bottom deck. Pretty cool experience in its own.
Iâll start by saying this cabin was 100% as it was represented in the photos. No wide-angle photography to make things appear larger, no strategically composed photos to give the appearance of some majestic view, and no carefully cropped pictures to give the illusion of seclusion. The views were amazing in real life, the privacy was perfect, and the cabin felt like a mansion. We couldnât have asked for a better cabin.
Vacation lodging and owners shouldnât be rated by the events or problems we canât control. Washers fail. Water heaters die. Hot tubs arenât always hot. Those things arenât the fault of the owner. Their response when something does fail, IS fair game for review. I wonât bore you with the details, but we had a washing machine problem on the first day. Michele immediately jumped into action and had a new washing machine delivered as soon as we troubleshot and sent the details on the old washing machine. The swap was made and our vacation proceeded unaffected by the washing machine failure. I am truly grateful for the cabin, the amenities, the location, and the hospitality afforded by our hosts. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone searching for a perfect Smoky Mountain getaway and we WILL BE booking this again next year!
Overall a good place. The cabin is becoming dated and needs some updates IMO. There are several blinds with broken slats, not a big deal but takes away from the appearance. A great view of the sun coming up over the mountains but the windows were noticeably dirty and took away from the event. Be sure to take coffee filters as there were none.
Having a bath with each bedroom was a huge plus for us. The showers were excellent both in water temp and pressure. The cabin was clean. We did not use the hot tub.
The game room area and bedroom was very cold at night. I'm not a fan of having the preprogrammed controls that don't let the temps be adjusted to a comfortable level. It was ok in the daytime but was cold at night.
This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The cabin itself is immaculate and the view is breathtaking. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Michele was very responsive. We had an issue while we were there and Michele responded very quickly and had the issue taken care of ASAP. Thank you Gregg and Michele for a wonderful vacation!
We have been married for almost 30 years and have built a wonderful life together with 3 amazing kids. Many years ago we decided we wanted to travel and make memories with our kids that we can all carry with us the rest of our lives. We have enjoyed visiting almost all 50 states, experiencing the unique landscape of each place, and meeting the local people along the way. We chose each place because of a love we have for the area and the local people.
The views from this cabin are absolutely breathtaking! The cabin has been recently remodeled to give it a more modern cabin feel. The location is perfect! It is conveniently located off light 8 with easy access to the Parkway and Veterans Blvd.
