We had a great time staying in this Villa. It was really clean and had excellent facilities. The pool was enjoyed by all the family. The host was fantastic at responding to questions before our stay and provided lots of useful information about the local area. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the pool was a highlight for us. The location is convenient with easy access to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free.

Had an issue with the power in half of the master bedroom and contacted host and explained to us how to fix. Only issues we had were the AC in the bedroom with the twin beds constantly dripped water in the house but didn’t appear to be frozen and there was something to cause both my wife and I to constantly itch in the master bedroom. Other than that the entire stay at the house was very inviting and relaxing.

I’m disappointed to read this review, especially because we responded immediately when you contacted us about the power issue and explained how to fix it. Regarding the AC, if it was constantly dripping water, I would have appreciated being informed during your stay so we could have had someone come and address the problem immediately rather than finding out through the review afterward. As for the comment about itching in the master bedroom, this was never mentioned to us during your stay, so we had no opportunity to investigate or correct whatever may have caused it. There can sometimes be very small black flies or other outdoor insects around the property, especially when staying outside later in the evening. Unfortunately, this is something that can occur because of the Florida climate and outdoor environment. We always do our best to provide a clean, comfortable home and to respond promptly when guests bring issues to our attention. It is frustrating to see problems mentioned only after checkout, when we could have had the opportunity to address them.

Large family friendly property in a quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed. The host communicated well, and the house was clean and spacious with lots of pool toys, and beach things. The pool enclosure was nice and clean, and the pool larger than the picture makes out. It was a little too cold for me but the kids enjoyed it. We had a car and drove to local shops and restaurants. The community was very quiet and we didn't see anything in walking distance. We visited two beaches which were both really nice but preferred the peace and quiet of the house. Thanks for having us!

We could not have asked for better accommodations during our stay. The house was spotless, beds are comfortable; and the pool and lanai are beautiful. Krystyna is very engaged and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay; which we did. 5 star experience; much thanks to Krystyna for a great week at Rotonda.

House has everything you need. Clean with very comfortable beds. Perfect location for golf trip. Host very responsive to questions; and provided excellent recommendations for dining and other activities in the area. Check in/out very easy. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our visit to this property. The owner was very communicative and extremely nice! She answered my messages and my phone call immediately. We really enjoyed the pool. We were able to watch the golfers as they played through on the course which was fun. There is plenty of patio furniture to relax on.We are originally from that area and moved in 2017 to Georgia. It was nice to be able to go back and stay for a week at a reasonable price and visit our family. There are many things to do in this area. We went on a dolphin cruise, rode around Boca Grande on a golf cart and spent the day at the beach. We also went to watch the turtles hatch on the beach. They have many great restaurants. We were very comfortable in this home. And has two queen beds and two twin beds.There is only one TV in the living room, which was OK for us because we were too busy to watch TV. The refrigerator is huge and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc.We definitely would rent this property again. Thank you so much to our host!

I absolutely love this home it was clean and spacious. My family had a great time while visiting friends near by. We had everything we needed for preparing meals. The beach accessories were a great addition. The pool was heated which was nice. The beds were comfortable and garage was a plus. Will stay again

Beautiful House

From check in to check out we absolutely loved the house and pool. Had a minor issue with the garage door but constant communication with the property owner made the issue seem non existent as they responded quickly and had it addressed. Can’t wait for next years trip as we will definitely be staying here again.

Family Birthdays

The Home was beautiful. We were in town to celebrate birthdays and really only slept there as we spent time with family and friends.Unfortunately no time to swim but the pool looked awesome. The neighborhood was very quiet!

Great rental home

We really appreciated this rental home. The inside was very spacious and had plenty of room. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Host was responsive to our questions. Appreciated that they had beach chairs to use! Everything was very clean.

Pleasant Place

The house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and our kids enjoyed the solar-heated pool. The beach is close, but if you are looking for mini-golf, there is not anything close by.

Just what we needed

The house was ideal for our family, with the pool being a favorite among my daughter. The pool was of the perfect size and the water temperature was consistently comfortable. Krystyna, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
