Welcome to the beautiful Bella Vista!
Bella vista is a newly built 3 bed, 2.5 bath home located on the Ridgeline of Eagles Nest
This home has a grand kitchen with plenty of seating for family meals. There is also an island complete with bar stools for additional seating if needed. The kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances for all of you cooking fanatics out there. Guests may use the 18 bottle wine cooler for drinks, or bring their own pods for the Nespresso coffee machine.
Off from the kitchen is the dining room, which houses a large tv and fireplace, great for relaxing after a long day galivanting around the town, or in the morning enjoying a great cup of coffee, admiring the mountain view.
The primary king suite is adjacent to the living room and has its own full bathroom with intricate finishes. You have the option of soaking in the tub or walking into the grand shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and access to a bathroom with double vanities, and a tub and shower combo. This bathroom is shared with the third bedroom, which includes two twin beds. The size of the bathroom is great for the two bedrooms that have to share. You won't have to worry about being cramped, in this spacious, beautifully detailed bathroom. In the loft is the pool table, with two chairs that double as twin sleeper sofas.
For our nature lovers, this home has a firepit. Perfect for cozying up by the fire at night and taking in all of the sites and views that Eagles Nest has to offer. With a pool table, and a large hot tub, you will not need any additional entertainment. You can expect your stay in Bella Vista to be a great one.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
âââââââ- Guests have access to Fubo Pro for TV services, which includes regional NBA, NHL, and MLB games
- This homeowner uses three exterior security cameras to monitor their home and ensure it remains safe. One is at the front porch at the door, one is on the side of the house, and one is on the back deck pointing out to the yard.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- The main roads are plowed in winter but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
