Our room was nice and clean. More spacious than i thought it would be. Location is perfect. Edgewater has been our favorite for over 10 years. Would highly recommend.

PCB vacation

Everything was great except for old carpet in the bedrooms. All else was comfortable, clean, organized, efficient. I would stay here again.

Edgewater Windward Bldg, Panama City Beach

The condo was perfect, our view was beautiful, check-in was flawless. There were some building maintenance and remodeling on the unit below ours that was annoying at times but understand the need to keep everything updated. We were there during a motorcycle rally 1 weekend and a golf cart rental weekend which made 2 of the 3 weekends we were there almost unbearable due to the road noise when trying to fall asleep. Other than that we had a really great time.

Amazing Stay

This place was top notch! Very clean. GREAT LOCATION! 2nd floor with balcony overlooking beach was amazing! We would definitely stay here again! One of my best vacations yet. This was by far one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. Thank you!

Edgewater Stay

Over-all a nice place. The listing gave the impression that the large pool was closer to our building than it actually is. The unit needs a better equipped kitchen. No blanket for the pull out in the living room.

Perfect location and clean property

We loved our stay! Our unit was beautiful and very clean, and the common areas were all clean and well maintained. The property manager was super responsive when we got nervous that our air conditioning was about to malfunction room, and they sent help right away. The location is perfect, beaches are beautiful, and the restaurant on site was great. We’ll be back!

The Great Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. It has a fantastic balcony area. I had read prior reviews, so I made sure to bring my own hangers. There is a musty smell, but the overall condo experience was totally worth it! Maintenance came in a few times without us being notified, so hopefully that is remedied for future renters. We would still highly recommend this place.

Hot Tub

Stay was nice however I was under the impression the hot tub was at my unit and it was at unit one and the Jets didn’t work well. It really was more like taking a hot bath.

A unit and view that will exceed all expectations!!!

Just spent the most fabulous week with my son over Spring Break. The unit & beach view exceeded every expectation. Spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated only enhanced by a view that was beyond perfection. No need to leave the Edgewater community unless you chose too! Multiple pools, food & beverage options right there. Cannot wait to rebook this exact location for our next visit!!!

Gorgeous views and relaxing time by all!

When we walked in the condo! The look of surprise and beauty of the ocean! Was priceless ! We were so excited to watch sunsets and sunrises on your own private baloney!! The access to the beach was a breeze! A short walk to any of the pools and restaurants! We also adventured over the bridge to shop and see what we could see! Just a short drive to restaurant, piers and shopping in either direction from the parking lots! We are planning our next stay as we are driving home !!
