The home Is nested to the right, the second house as you enter the friendly neighborhood that consist of two cul de sacs. There’s a nice size yard, a back deck (22x10) which has both a ramp and steps. There is a standard size grill, a mounted smart 50in tv in the common area, a 55 in tv in one of the King size bedrooms, a 40 inch tv in the room with a full size bed. 50 in tv in the master bedroom. On occasion you will hear the train pass through as it is heard throughout the city. There is a ring doorbell (with camera) by the front door, there are security camera’s on side of house and by back door.

No smoking, No pets and No parties allowed. There will be a Fine of $500 plus cost of a professional to treat the home if either rule is violated. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND OBIDE BY THE RULES.

There is a corner market store at the entrance of the neighborhood, a Dollar General Store less than a 5 minute drive. Within 5-8 minutes drive to the Public Library , the Local hospital and restaurants. Interstate 24 and 65 are about 15 min drive which allows easy access to Clarksville, Nashville, TN or Fort Campbell, Ky.
