We appreciated the house with lots of space, great pillows (according to my wife), excellent host communication and lots of kind personal touches. If we ever need a home with this much space in the area, we'll most certainly be back.

We enjoyed our stay. House was exactly what we expected accept no dishwasher-it was broken. Mathew the host was very nice. If you plan on doing much cooking be sure bring along what you might need.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home on the Cape near Boston. The area is absolutely beautiful, with stunning beaches just a short walk away—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenic views. Plymouth is also close by, offering a rich sense of history that’s fascinating to explore. The home was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the abundance of supplies that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic spot for a memorable getaway with both natural beauty and historical charm nearby!

Great place to stay!

Clean and convenient. This property was enjoyed by all in our party. We took a very short walk to the ocean where we saw a whale from shore. It was conveniently located, near everything we wanted to see. We would stay here again, no question!

Such a great location! Communication with owner was fantastic. Breathtaking view from the upper balcony. Plenty of room for three growing teenagers! We will definitely be back!

Quiet Spot Near Plymouth

This property sits at the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood south of Plymouth. Easy to get to and just a short walk to the boat ramp that gives you access to a beautiful pebble beach. The kitchen is well-stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the window units keep the place cool, even in 90+ degree weather.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time here! The host was great to contact anytime I had a question before check in Matt always responded within 24 hours! The house was very nice and clean with beautiful views! It was so nice to walk into the house and have the cutest gift basket full of snacks when we arrived, a great personal touch!

Wonderful home and excellent location!

The home was easy to find and exactly as described and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the home spacious and welcoming. The view was amazing and we loved the many decks with comfortable outdoor seating. Matt was incredibly responsive and proactive in ensuring we had wifi password, code to enter, and anything else we needed. He was by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! My family had a great experience at the property. The host checked on us to make sure we were having a great experience in the property. The only concern I had is that in the kitchen area and the family room there was no window curtains. I expressed my concern to the host.

Fabulous Getaway

Wonderful place for our girls weekend! Beautiful home. Peaceful, pretty neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach neighborhood beach. Downtown Plymouth (oh my gosh! GREAT food and fun shopping) and other beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. I cannot say enough good things about Matt, the owner. He was in immediate contact and available throughout our stay. Such a nice guy. His place is as beautiful and clean as it looks in the pictures. He’s really taken the effort to create a lovely space for special memory making. Total thumbs up! Perfect for Girls’ Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend! It was nice to be close to the water, local beaches, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Plymouth/Waterfront. Communication with the host was great before and during our stay. We arrived to find a cute welcome basket for us with snacks. The house comfortably fit our group of 7. Beautiful ocean view. Lots of space to dine or just relax outside on the various decks! Living rooms on both levels allow you to spread out. We would book here again and recommend to friends who are visiting!

2 nights in Plymouth

We had a great stay at this house. First, it was very clean, which is important to me. It was really spacious and bright. It was bigger than I expected from the photos. Matt was a great host. He was super responsive any time we had a question or needed anything. Just an FYI for families, there is a beach access at the end of the street, but the beach is full of boulders and there was a lot of slippery seaweed, making it hard to explore. However, there are other, better beaches close by, you just have to drive to them. We saw a gorgeous sunset our first night! Overall, this house was great and we would stay there again if we were ever in the area.

Great location and clean. Beware listing advertises “full house” to yourself but cleaning people live in basement. AC only in bedrooms. Was hot downstairs and upstairs living area. Couldn’t locate a fan. No curtains for back slider or upstair slider (which made it hot). Unsafe loose boards on deck and missing railings. No local TV or instructions. Felt it was overpriced for overall condition. On a positive note, appreciated the wine and snacks!

Better than pictured!

Clean, comfortable home that was even lovelier in person than in photos. More ocean view than expected, with a beach path directly across the street. Our children said it was "the best place ever", which was probably due to the generous gift basket full of yummy treats :)

This place is beautiful. Well stocked, comfortable, located in a great spot just outside of town with an ocean view outside the front door. The host is super responsive as well. We would happily stay again!
