Great family get away

We had a great stay. The home is well stocked, and perfect for families with kids. Tons of toys in the house, and very comfortable beds/bedding. We loved hanging out on the outdoor screened in porch. The club amenities are amazing and only a short 1 mile away. Location is close to grocery, gas, coffee, restaurants and other local attractions. We had a slight issue with check in but owner was quick to apologize and make sure we would have a great stay.

Escape from the heat

We spent a long weekend at this cozy home. Located in a quiet cul de sac (did not hear the neighbors), surrounded by trees with a lovely backyard we enjoyed at the end of each day. Kids loved the big play yard, the hammock and smores at the fire pit. Clean home, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice sized bathrooms and great entertainment (TVs and toys) . House stays nice and cool at night even without AC, we slept with windows open, peace and quiet for city people. We made good use of the complimentary country club passes and enjoyed the wonderful lake and beach, swimming and kayaking. Shopping including outlets within 10-20 min drives. Thank you for sharing your home.

Worry-free vacation

This was one of our most relaxing and worry free vacations. There were so many good things but I will try to keep it concise for the benefit of others- 1. Great communication from owners, Melissa & Chris. Multiple check-ins from them to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. 2. House was very clean, beds nicer than any other VRBO property I have been. Large bed in master. Soft to medium to firm pillows - take your pick… they provided everything. 3. Owner provided Phone Chargers by bedside for all different phone types. 4. Plenty of games for kids and movies on tv in the living room. 5. Nice size kitchen and very well stocked - salt, sugar, oil, paper products, etc. There is also a detailed guide book on kitchen to help you find things. 6. Nice clean bathrooms with plenty of towels and washcloths 7. Excellent community clubhouse and entertaining events (4th July weekends), tiki bar near the beach, playground, restaurant, pool etc. Other residents of these community are also very nice and helpful. 8. Outside playground was lot of fun for our kids. If there was one thing I recommend - I wish the outdoor furniture was clean enough to use. But overall we had a great relaxing weekend. And I am sure you would too !!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is our vacation home. We love this home and it is the 1st home we own as a family! We are not able to stay there fulltime so we wanted to share our home with guests! Our home is set up perfectly for families with the home filled with toys, books, games, movies, TV, and yo own PRVATE PLAYGROUD in the backyard. We use this home ourselves and it is comfortable and homey. We use the home, therefore we make sure that is it well taken care of and keep perfect.

We want our guest to love, laugh and share great memories just as we have with our family and friends !
