Hi, Candy. Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate your overall satisfaction and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit. We understand the importance of starting the day off right with a cup of coffee, and we apologize for the lack of Keurig coffee pods, creamer, and sugar/sweetener packs available to you upon arrival. Your suggestion to have these amenities readily available for guests, particularly those arriving late without the opportunity to stop at a store, is duly noted. Your feedback will be shared with our team so that we can address this situation promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. Additionally, we appreciate your suggestion regarding washcloths for shower/bath use. We will make sure to take this into consideration as we continuously strive to improve our offerings and provide a more comfortable experience for our guests. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your feedback as it helps us enhance our services and meet the expectations of our valued guests. If there is anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further suggestions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Best Regards, Carl and Team
