We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful and so comfortable for our whole family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, and communication with Matthew was easy and friendly. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Family weekend

We loved our stay here! The open family room/kitchen was perfect for us to all be together. The back patio/yard is awesome and made spending time outside very enjoyable. Great place to stay!

Weekend in Flagstaff

We came up with our adult children and friends for a wedding. The property was beautiful and had lots of little touches that made it better than most. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cozy and spacious!

Perfect home for a large group of family and friends! The location is perfect, not in a busy area but close to everything. Very clean, spacious and all the beds were comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room to park two trucks in the driveway. Host was very accommodating, kind and accessible. We loved our stay!

Family get away

Family arrived for a baby shower of our niece. This home is very comfortable for large families with lots of rooms, restrooms and beds for all! Open floor plan for the living room and dining area made us all feel welcome and together for a wonderful time!

Christmas in the Pines

Cannot speak highly enough about how clean, well stocked and tidy this property is. We stayed here over Christmas and it truly felt like home. Any questions we had the host was quick to respond. This is now the “Gold Standard” to which all VRBO’s should be compared to. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay for Graduation

This property was perfect for our extended family from all over the country to gather for my son's graduation from NAU. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the conveniences of town, the home was spacious, updated, and very clean. The large kitchen and ample seating inside and on the back deck was perfect for cooking for and feeding our large crew. We could definitely hear the trains nearby, but that just adds to the ambiance of being in Flagstaff, a true railrod town! Matthew was quick to respond via text. Highly recommend!

Wonderful white Christmas getaway!

I couldn't have been happier. Matthew was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time, from the moment we booked, through our stay and even after we left. We were pleasantly surprised they set up a Christmas tree and a few decorations for us! This was a family gathering for our son's first Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. We even got lucky with quite a lot of fresh snow! The house was impeccably clean and just as described by the listing and photos. Having a highchair, pack n play, and other baby items was incredibly helpful! 10/10 would stay here again!

beautiful house

Three of us ( and a dog) stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is fairy new and very clean. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is grass which was nice for the dog. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs there is a full bathroom in the master and a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs there is a full bathroom next to the bedroom. The owner was very quick with responses. You could hear a train off in the distance (no horns blow). This did not bother me at all but it did bother the other two guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house large enough for a big group

We had a great stay in flagstaff over the Thanksgiving holiday at this place. The house itself is beautiful and freshly remodeled—we loved the fireplace and modern decor. We didn’t use the grill or traeger but loved having these as options. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and spices and everything you would need to cook a meal. The location of the property was fantastic —close to hiking and close to town conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. It was also only 10 minutes from the little America hotel where we did the North Pole Experience with our kids. Communication with the host was timely and he even accommodated us with an early check in the day we arrived. The only thing we wished this property had was a hot tub! Other than that, it was perfect and had everything we needed and were hoping for. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s home. This house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and well appointed. We were a group of six adults, 5 siblings and one spouse. There was ample room for everyone. Each bedroom had plenty of room and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were equipped with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house has a beautiful, large, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Having the deck and fire pit was an added bonus. Matthew was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. If ever in the area, I would stay here without hesitation. Would highly recommend staying here.
