4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms makes this beautiful home perfect for a family that needs extra space or a group of friends looking to spend a weekend away!

Brand new construction on Main Street Cedar Falls - this home will not disappoint! Beautiful 3 level home with 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two stall attached garage with alley access. Enjoy the outdoors with the large front patio and side deck.

Walk into this beautiful home and you are greeted by an open concept main level. Large family room with electric fireplace, barn wood floating mantel, and a mounted 55" smart-TV. Seating for the entire family with a large couch and two chairs. The open kitchen with center island has everything you would need if you choose to stay in and make a homemade meal. Large refrigerator, range, above range microwave and dishwasher. Room for 4 guests to eat at the island and a large table with seating for 6 more. Plenty of space for a family or friend gathering. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door with access to the deck. The deck has additional outdoor seating for 4. A sliding barn door off the family room gives access to the main-level laundry area with washer and dryer. A half bath and mudroom with access to the garage round out the main level.

Going up the stairs to the top level of the home you will find three large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. To the left you will find the master suite with a king bed, two lounge chairs and en suite bathroom. The master bath offers double sinks, large walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The additional two bedrooms on the top level both offer queen beds and large closets. The upstairs is rounded out with an additional bathroom with tub/shower combo.

In the basement you will find a large living area with a huge rounded couch to seat the entire group! Bistro table and barstools offer additional seating. A large 70" smart-TV is mounted on the wall ready for movie night! The final bedroom and bathroom are located in the lower level. The bedroom offers a full bed and closet space, and the bathroom offers a stand-up shower.

This home has all the space needed for a wonderful family getaway or for a friends weekend close to downtown!

We loved this place! It was very well maintained. Nicely stocked with the essentials. The communication with the owner was fantastic, very prompt and helpful. We loved the proximity to downtown so we could enjoy all the nightlife and the markets the next morning. I'm hoping to book this place again next year.

This house was perfect for our weekend with friends. All rooms with larger beds perfect for couples, several bathrooms to get ready in, comfy gathering spaces for hanging out and playing games and walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. It was exactly what we needed and we will be back.

Lovely home with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms,plenty of bathrooms and great UNI themed TV room.Nice garage and driveway space.Had one out of three communications responded to from the owner.Biggest improvement would be stocking the kitchen. We had dishes for 24 people, but 5 forks and spoons, no can opener, rubber scraper/spatula,or ice cream scoop.Also needed batteries for a remote.

Great stay in Cedar Falls

The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it.

There was a slight issue with the upstairs ceiling fans in the spare rooms, only one remote was located between the two rooms. Difficulty with the remote request not synching up between the two rooms - turn light on in one room and the light will turn off in the second room.

Very nice property

The property is very nice. Very updated. We loved the number of bathrooms available to our group. I also loved being able to park in the (empty) garage overnight. I tried to get a hold of the property owner about a week in advance to ask a couple questions about the check-in process and heard from them a couple days before our arrival date.

Family Reunion

Great place for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Very nicely decorated. High chair and travel crib were provided as promised. Communication with the host was ok. On the last day of our stay, I needed help with something and never got a response. Main Street is under major construction right in front of the house. The work started early and was loud (M-F). Once the road is finished, it is a great location for walking to historic downtown. I would stay there again.

Very greedy owner

48 hours before arrival for my son’s graduation, owner said there was a problem with the 4-bedroom unit I rented and offered me a 3-bedroom unit. There were several issues with the almost complete townhouse on a street that was literally gutted by city construction, but I was a good sport… Until I realized the owner tripled the host fee instead of making it right. I requested a partial refund and he ignored me. I’m pretty sure this is a scam and this review will never be seen. Whatever. Karma will catch up
