We loved our stay at this house! It was our very first visit to 30A and first Vrbo rental, so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The only thing I would say is one bathroom didn’t have tp and we ran out of paper towels and there weren’t more. But other than that, everything was great! Plenty of room for the people that came. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This was the perfect spot for the 5 of us. More than enough room, with 3 rooms & 2.5 baths. It was perfectly clean, almost as though it was brand new. The location is perfect, only an 8 min walk to the beach. The traffic was really good about stopping and letting people cross the main road. They had an umbrella, chairs, and beach toys available as well. We didn’t use them, but it was nice to know they were there if we wanted to. The keyless entrance was a nice touch! The sidewalks all the way to Rosemary Beach made it nice to go on a run/walk so I can keep up with my exercise. If we are ever back in the area, will definitely stay here. 10/10 recommend!!! 5 stars!

Blue Mar is a very clean, attractive, and comfortable property located in a safe neighborhood. It is very near to one of the public beach accesses, albeit across the busy highway. I will likely book Blue Mar again.

Very nice home had all you need for a comfortable

Very nice home, heating system was hard to figure out as was the television stations,no local stations could be found. Very clean and neat,had everything you need but you will need to bring extra bath towels and wash cloths.

Great value

Check in process was a mess. Was given the wrong door code, Benchmark buzzed us in, and there were issues getting a working code. But after that everything went well. Location is great for an easy walk to restaurants and beach.

Beautiful house

The only downfall was that there wasn’t a pool for my child after the beach. The handrail was extremely dirty. I cleaned i a little it still needs a good polish cleaning. But, the rest of the house was very nice. The management was alway quick to reply. Thank you, Dee

Beautiful Place! Gorgeous beach, charming Rosemary Beach !

Very quiet, charming neighborhood with similar homes. Loved the beach so close. Plenty of parking at the beach. bathrooms, outside showers, walkway, umbrellas and chairs for rent (the umbrellas are put up for you). Charming town Rosemary Beach with plenty of shopping and places to eat. There is a food market walking distance from the property with fresh seafood, prepared dishes, wine, cheese, all that we needed.!! We absolutely loved this place. The management was very responsive. We will be back again soon !

Fantastic experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was fantastic! When I arrived the door code did not work. I called and spoke with a representative who remotely changed the code and I was able to get in. The representative was easy to get in touch with and very quickly remedied the problem. The house was spacious for our group of 8 and was near the beach access. We decided to drive to the beach instead of walking because we did not want to have five kids crossing a very busy highway to get there. The house had beach gear that we were not expecting which meant we did not have to rent items. I would definitely rent from Benchmark again.
