Perfect spot for family beach lovers

This spot was perfect. Easy access to the beach and the teenagers didn’t have to cross the road to get to it. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Close to pizza and other good stuff.

Great location and layout of the property

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the layout of the property was great having two teens upstairs and my wife and I down. Would recommend. The one minor issue that ended up not being an issue was the parking spot (its great that it came with a spot and we didnt need to drive around looking for one). We have a very large car (expedition) and it was tricky getting the car in the spot. But after a few days i could navigate it very easily.

Everything was as advertised. Our only issue was no kitchen light. Either the light was out or we just couldn't locate the proper switch to turn it on.

Nice location

The location is great. The apartment is okay. The rooms are of good size. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is very small... And I mean very small.... The living room, kitchen and dining area are also very small. You could fit 3 people max on the couch. There are bean bag chairs, but they have holes in them and the filling was coming out, we had dogs so we did not continue to use them as they would eat the filling. The walls are also very thin and you can here everything in the other apartments and the upstairs of our apartment when they were walking around or talking. We didn't go on vacation to spend a ton of time in the apartment, so it met our needs, but would have liked a bit more space in the common areas to spend time with each other.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your rental property from Saturday, June 8, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised on your website. While the property was clean, it was not suitable for our family of eight. The kitchen was only large enough for one person, there was no in-unit laundry, and the communal coin-operated machines were inoperable for five of the seven days we stayed. Additionally, the space was too limited for our entire family to comfortably gather. Our stay was further marred by several issues with the air conditioning. On our first night, the AC in the first-floor bedroom did not turn on. The following night, the temperature in the upstairs bedroom dropped to 58 degrees. On Tuesday, the upstairs bedroom AC started leaking water, soaking my clothes and requiring my husband to miss a day at the beach while waiting for repairs (I have a video to prove). Despite these efforts, the AC continued to malfunction, failing to maintain the set temperature. On Thursday morning, we awoke to water dripping from the AC unit again, and the upstairs bedrooms were at 55 degrees. We could not even control our own AC, per the AC man said “the owner controls it”. Adding to our distress, there were high schoolers partying loudly at all hours of the night, throwing chairs, beer cans, and other items around. This made it difficult for us to rest and enjoy our vacation. I want my money back.

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Rest assured, we are addressing the AC concerns and looking into the noise disturbances to prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding the laundry facilities, we understand the importance of this amenity and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the inoperable machines. The washing machine was fixed, and at the time the machine wasn't working, we offered to pick up your laundry, wash it for you, and bring it back. We hope that helped with the laundry during your stay. In regards to the AC control, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. We aim to provide our guests with full control over their environment and will ensure that this is properly addressed moving forward. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

The apartment was great , 2 story’s 2 bathrooms and a few minutes from the beach. Kitchen is small but I was on vacation so there was no cooking involved. It is close to everything. We will definitely book again !!!

Enjoyed our stay.

The property accommodated the 9 members of our family comfortably. The place was clean and we appreciated the sheets which was made available. It was a close walk to the beach. One of the bathtubs got flooded but the owner responded and had fixed immediately.

My priority is to always be readily available and provide as much info and assistance as possible, all the things I value when traveling somewhere new myself. Most of my properties are just few steps away from the beautiful Ocean City beach and you will have the entire place to yourself.

I love to travel. My experience in traveling and living abroad has been distilled into my apartments. All my homes are well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your beach vacation.
