Great place but read the small print.

Perfect first floor condo especially since our age range was from 4 to 86. Beautifully beach decorated interior and clean, but minimally stocked--bring your own soaps (dishwasher detergent) and beach towels. We had seven in the condo that slept eight, but be aware that there is only one parking space. We had to shuffle the other car between establishments, a hassle but we made it work. The kids really enjoyed the pool and a walk to the beach was short and easy. The attendant in the parking lot was extremely helpful and friendly. Truly an asset since the VACASA management texting app seems to only have canned AI answers. Would stay here again, but we would be better prepared.

Very pretty but hot as Hades

It was very clean, modern, and had lots of seating which was great for our big family
.but we were sweating inside!!! The thermostat never got below 76 during the day and usually stayed at 78. It would get down to 73 in the middle of the night. Way, WAY too hot inside for me when it’s 100+ outside. The on site manager got us 2 portable A/C units after we said something about it the 2nd day and we wouldn’t have been able to stay there without them but it was still uncomfortable especially in the front two rooms by the door. The a/c unit isn’t big enough for the size of the condo and needs to be replaced. For the amount of money spent to stay that was very disappointing for us. We wouldn’t stay there again.

What a beautiful home
 Clean, spacious, well appointed and very affordable, and only steps away from the beach. We loved the location and the many shopping and restaurant options close by. We are looking forward to returning again next season.

Great condo

Condo itself was great! Location and amenities were amazing.. air conditioning needs some Improvement. Apparently the air is set up where owner sets it and can’t be turned down past 70. I understand that due to HVAC issues but there were no ceiling fans nor floor fans! It was very hot at night BUT with some fans would have been fine. Just notify people they need fans or install ceiling fans.

Inside the condo is amazing!

The interior of the condo is pretty much perfect. The decor is super cute and comfy and it has everything you need for your stay. With the beach being right across the street which is really convenient. The one parking space per condo posed an issue being that the condo sleeps 8, two parking spaces would be nice. And the noise from people in other condos was a little annoying. We would stay here again for the sheer convenience and comfort level and just use ear plugs.

Good but I was mislead.

Let me start by saying if I had a different group of people with me this would have been much better. However, my grandmother, mother, older brother, my 3 children, and my husband were all present on this trip. The website said “1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin beds”; therefore, I thought this would be perfect because it would be enough space for everyone. Little did I know that one of the queens were actually a sofa bed. I called Vacasa the day before our trip just to confirm my reservation and to make sure the 2 queen beds were actually queen beds and not a sofa bed. I was told I would get a call back after it was verified, but I never got a call back. The next day is check in day, and after driving 4 hours and 20mins one could imagine how upset I was to find that the exact thing that I didn’t want is what I got. My grandmother and mother were extremely uncomfortable the entire trip due to the sleeping arrangements. However, we had no choice but to deal with it due to things being falsely advertised. I spoke with several people who promise compensation due to this unfortunate situation. However, I have not received anything and the last time I spoke with anyone was 6/3/2022 and it is 6/6/2022. The house itself it’s great. It is a beautiful home. The beds are soft (not the sofa bed it is terrible)and theyprovide plenty of sheets and blankets. They even had chairs and beach toys for the kids. The master bed box spring needs to be cleaned or replaced. It’s brown. The place could use a deeper cleaning because the cleaning fee is a bit much for it to still be dust and dirt in places. I would give it 5 stars if this was not the case of the trip. The beach is literally a 2min walk. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are within a 5 mile drive. You can only have one vehicle per condo, but there is available parking for extra guest for $30 a day. I would book again if it was a little cleaner and with a different group of people.
