NOTE: The main person on the lease must be 55+. Any additional tenant can be a spouse of any age, or must be 45+ if not a spouse. Children can occupy as visitors only. Passes are issued for gate access, and guests who wish to have automated access at the guard gate will need to purchase a $50 transponder sticker which is provided for 1 car only. For guests who wish to use the small private pool, the owners will cover the first $200 of the gas utility bill and collect a refundable $200 deposit per 30 days to cover any overage.
It is a great home in a great private gated community. Very clean, yard and spa maintenance was all taken care of. Ron was a great host and got everything taken care of.
Amazing stay in Rancho Mirage. Check in was seamless. Property manager met us at the property and was super kind. Communication was excellent and he answered all of our questions. The property was quiet, spotless and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our one month stay. Dell Webb has wonderful amenities. We hope to return soon. We were very happy with a restful stay in the desert.
