An atomic ranch-style home built in 1961, the Wolfe House is a Stephenville landmark. It's guest house has been fully renovated to include brand new, modern upscale amenities. Enjoy a great night's sleep on a brand new queen-size Casper bed. Includes a fully-equipped kitchen, coffee & tea bar, washer/dryer; marble-tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower and luxurious shower heads; Super-comfortable double reclining leather sofa; large TV with ROKU and work space; plus outdoor patio seating.

This was my second time staying at the property. Absolutely love everything about it. Fridge was stocked with ice tea (sweet and non sweet) orange juice, bagels and cream cheese. Honestly, nothing could have made our visit better. We will definitely be back next year.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Very clean and accommodating and the location was perfect. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a weekend getaway or need some downtime! Just a great all around experience!

Hidden gem, perfect for couples!

We are a traveling couple and for years we have been in search of the perfect vacation rental for couples. We finally found one in immaculate condition, with upscale features, modern decor and the perfect amount of space for two. We especially appreciated the garage, the privacy, and super quiet neighborhood. The owners thought of everything: from filtered water in the coffee pot, plush linnens, luxurious shower and even supplied some snacks. We will be looking for an excuse to return to the area!

Cozy & comfortable

Enjoyed being able to cook a meal. Fully stocked kitchen that even included olive oil. Enjoyed having different choices in coffee and snacks. The garage parking makes loading and unloading the car easy because you don’t even step outside. Communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our Expectations

My son and I came into town for a baseball tournament and this place was perfect for us. Great and safe neighborhood just a couple blocks away from the University. Inside was very updated with all the amenities (coffee, toiletries, snacks, etc) and more you could need. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing!

My Husband and I stayed here as a one night stay on our drive home from College Station to Bowie. Everything about this Stephenville home is beautiful, so clean, cozy, and has so many amazing amenities! Communication was excellent as well! From the shower, to the coffee bar and it’s options, the couch with recliners, pots/pans, snacks, the bed and pillows, literally everything was superb! We decided to get some food from HEB nearby to have an dinner date in. We got a take home alfredo to pop in the oven, salads, wine, and individual cheesecakes. I Highly reccomend doing that as well
 as this place has a stove/dishes, utensils, etc to make it all possible! We will definitely be back!

This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. The hospitality was perfect and the property itself was absolutely amazing. I highly recommended staying here for a nice get away or just an overnight stay. I definitely will be back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The former mother-in-law suite now turned guest house has been completely renovated to be filled with light and give a place of peace and rest. Every detail has been thought through, at least you will see we definitely tried. We chose a highly rated Casper mattress, with soft bedding; two choices of window shades to choose from, soft filtered light to black out to get the sleep you need. Super comfortable adjustable leather sofa with convenient USB ports on each side, with black out curtains for glare free TV watching on the 55" screen with Roku to access all streaming networks. Yes, you will have popcorn to pop!
The wonderful shower head is so relaxing with on demand hot water.
The patio is a great place to enjoy the birds singing and watch the sunrise coming through the trees while you enjoy your cup of coffee or tea with all the various types of sweeteners and creamers we offer.
We are in the heart of Stephenville, three blocks from Tarleton State Univ.
We are in a family neighborhood near an elementary school, so sometimes when outdoors you may hear the children playing. The guest house is well insulated but we need to mention that train tracks also run through the city and for any light sleepers we offer a white noise machine, just in case.
We have a lot of song birds all year long in our backyard, in spring and summer we have three Mississippi Kites (hawks) that have a favorite perch nearby.
We have two very sweet outdoor cats that love people but will also give you your space. We hope when you stay in our guest house you can see and feel all the quality craftsmanship, effort and love that went into re-designing this space.
