Modern, cozy, and decidedly minimal with a clear sense of history. This 2nd floor loft is nestled in an unassuming three-story building in historic Fairlie Poplar district which is the place to be in Downtown Atlanta. Take a stroll around for a look at all things downtown - music, art, culture, nightlife, food, shopping, theatre, GWCC, AmericasMart, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, and many of the best attractions Atlanta has to offer. Walking distance to most main attractions of Atlanta. Street car steps away. Marta Peachtree Center Station 3 blocks away.
This was my second time staying here. Came to watch soccer both times. I enjoyed the central location. parked truck in parking garage around the corner and walked to food and the stadium. Thank you Vivian!!
This was a great little place to stay for my recent trip to Atlanta. There were multiple conferences going on and all the hotels were booked. This place worked out great - it was just a few blocks from the convention hotel. The pizza place downstairs was great, and there is a market just up the street.
This second floor loft was perfect for our visit to Atlanta. It is tucked away on a small side street right in the heart of downtown just two blocks from the Sky View Ferris Wheel. It is just as pictured and everything was perfect! We also loved the pizzeria downstairs and ate there several times. We can't wait to return next year!
This property was amazing! The property manager is so sweet and communication was responsive and fast. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary so much. The restaurant and bar nearby had amazing food as well. This loft is so artsy and eclectic and looks exactly as pictured. The sheer curtains were the perfect accent. I like to sleep in absolute darkness and I assumed that the sheer curtains would be a problem, but they actually did not cause any problem at all. Everything exceeded my expectations! Thanks so much for the fantastic stay!
VERY loud upstairs neighbors until well past 3am the first night and 1am the second night; No normal coffee maker; burned out kitchen ceiling light; no ice maker or trays; But the #1 thing that was unacceptable was charging the security deposit on the very day we made our reservation (Aug 2, 2023) for our check-in on Oct 20, 2023! That's 79 days! The earliest the deposit should have been charged was AFTER the cancellation date of Sep 20, 2023. No reason to hold our money that long. And then we had to wait 2 weeks after our check-out to get our money refunded. Very disappointed.
It is a lovely appartement and really accomodating. It was very clean and spacious. I had problems on entering the building and find the right appartment. The host was able to help me from a distance. It is close to major public transport. The only negative things; there is no elevator and the place was noisy. But nothing earplugs won't fix
