Location location location! The home is located in the best area to enjoy everything! The move was clean and parking was street parking but always available! I would stay there again.

My friend and I were in town for a concert and this property was the perfect location. We loved how walkable it was and easy to access everything we wanted to do. We felt fairly safe in the area, despite the entry gated access being broken. (Not the owners fault)The property was like the listing, though could use some minor updates and repairs. Not enough to write a bad review but just to improve the experience of guests.The host was a good communicator, we had no issues checking in or out. Would consider booking again if in the area.

The whole process was easy and straight forward. It was super close to the aquarium which was the reason for our stay. We just walked over during our stay so no paying for aquarium parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a really nice trip! Would book again!

Convenient and comfortable

I attended a conference and needed to be close to all the areas downtown. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet and the apartment was clean. The bed was really comfortable, too

perfect for what we needed

my friend and I stayed in Atlanta for just a few days to visit friends and this place was perfect. clean, spacious living room, awesome balcony (with string lights!), and the location is top tier. short walk to all the attractions. loved it, would definitely stay again

The apartment was clean & the host communication was great. The place just needs updates (cabinets are worn down, microwave missing a leg, matress droops). Really appreciated the ice maker working & water filter pitcher in fridge. Also, very close to multiple museums but some restaurants not actually open during posted hours as they are more convention geared being downtown.

Perfect Place

My high school graduate soon and I stayed for a vacation getaway. The place was beautifully decorated and had every convenience we needed. It was easy to come and go and perfectly located to every where we wanted to visit. We will be staying again!

Location was 5 stars. But two of the smoke detectors were beeping. And the roku in the bed room didnt work. The screws to the small tables and fan were loose and wobbly. other wise it was a great spot. Get those fixes and i would come back again!

One of the Roku remotes up/down volume buttons (it is now in the bedroom) do not work. The curtain rod over the window facing out into the front of the building is not attached with any screws at all on the left side. There was no cooking sheet for the oven (I purchased one and planned on leaving it clean with the other cook wear). The shower soap dispenser only has the backing on the wall (no dispenser in sight). And lastly, the clothes washer does not seem to be draining. I enjoyed this apartment/unit for my stay, just wanted to give a heads-up on any issues for anyone staying in the future. Thank you.

Ad says parking is available. Upon renting, the check-in info says on-street parking only. Refrigerator does not work...it keeps tripping the circuit breaker. This ruined my plans to eat in and cook. Frying pan was broken regardless. Hidden fees that were NOT disclosed upfront...the actual price is nearly double what is listed.

The unit was hard to find, the lock kept trying to unlock itself, there were coffee k-cups offered but they were all decaf, the bed was extremely saggy and upon looking closer by taking sheets off we found a very badly yellow-stained mattress. We ended our stay early and were not refunded for the first night even though we slept terribly. We ended up having to find a last-minute hotel and it cost us extra money we weren’t planning on spending. We also had rented a car and if we were staying at a hotel we didn’t need to rent a car so that was an added expense. The owner wasn’t accommodating. There wasn’t even any extra sheets or blankets so that we could’ve slept on the couch as an option. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy extra, along with NO hand towels offered. Only bath towels and washcloths. Poorly managed. Disgusting bed. Would NEVER recommend this place.
