NOTES + RULES: The number of bedrooms and bathrooms will be made available according to the number of booked guests (eg. 2 guests per bedroom and per bathroom). No additional guests or visitors or parties of any type allowed at any time; only the original preregistered paid guests listed on the reservation permitted to be on the premises. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

To get instructions for arrival and our door lock code, you must preregister all guests with the above info (required). 24 hrs prior to check in, please text photo of recent Covid vaccinations and booster shots for each guest and/or current negative Covid test. By booking, you and your guests are automatically agreeing to our rental policies and rules. As we aim to keep our rates as competitive as possible, NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. Proof of renters insurance required. Thanks for understanding.

Feel free to inquire about longer-term visits - if staying longer than 31 days (ie an additional weekend, week, or month), then the rate may be higher per night (depending on dates).

You must agree to: 1] keep things neat + tidy, + clean up messes as they occur, + clean weekly, 2] notify us immediately if any damage to the property occurs, + 3] pay for the damage as it occurs. If you are staying longer than 1 week, basic weekly house cleaning is required weekly, monthly, and at the end of your stay (see rules + amenities). If you don't have time to do the weekly cleaning or you leave our home dirty, messy, and/or don't remove your trash, garbage, and recycling properly, you will have to pay a minimum of $300 extra each time our cleaners will need to come to professionally clean for you.

If you are found to have broken any of the policies and rules, you will need to vacate immediately, pay a minimum $500 fine, and lose the rest of your reservation without any refund.
