You will get your own dedicated parking space right by your doorsteps. You probably won’t even need a car since you can walk down the hill to everywhere in Laguna from this house; WALK to several Beaches, Cafe’s, Whole Foods, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Shops and even the Pageant of the Masters in less than 5 minutes! Beautifully located on a hill, this home's location CAN NOT BE BEAT & you won’t have to deal with Laguna’s traffic nor parking issues! PRICELESS!

And why stop there! We can Confidently say that you won’t get the canyon / city light views of this house anywhere else! You’ll enjoy your morning coffee from the double hanging chair in the large private balcony overlooking majestic mountains, before stepping out to the sand. We provide Sunblock & beach towels!

This house was completely REMODELED less than a year ago. Given the unique location between the Ocean & the Mountains, you get to enjoy refreshing ocean breeze at all times. You will get to enjoy our new amenities including high end appliances, Local “Laguna Coffee” coffee, new Dishwasher, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, super-fast Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), sit/stand workstation, 55” TV, KING bed, Poly & Bark leather couches, and ALL other high end essentials.

Stationary bicycle & EV charging are available for your use. The dedicated parking spot is for a regular size sedan and/or SUV since the alley is tight so let me know if you have a long truck & we will arrange other parking for you.

I’ve lived in Laguna Beach for a decade & my husband for 20+ years, we both previously lived in this unit for a few years. I know FOR SURE this is the best spot & the nicest most modern vacation rental in Laguna, and I’ll be here to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.

Excellent Location

Host was very communicative and helpful. Location is excellent - short walk or drive to beach, downtown Laguna. Place was clean and pretty, nice balcony. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. Particularly appreciated the bedding on the king size bed, the window that opened above the bed for fresh air at night, and the kitchen amenities.

Great Location and home

We spent 2 weeks in this location and it was perfect for us. Easy to get downtown and to the awesome walking paths, and Sara (owner) was excellent in her communicating. I would recommend to anyone to stay (except when we want to come back!). There is a hill to walk up, but we did it 2-3 times a day, and it helped burn off the butter cake calories! A great spot

Updated property & friendly service

Nice little condo & convenient to shopping or dining in Laguna. Quick walk to beach. The only issue I had was I planned on just walking to everything, & in order to access main road from neighborhood, had to walk down & back up a very steep hill, with no sidewalk. I had my 2 little dogs & cars were just flying by. I did it only one time at night after this & put my dogs in a stroller to keep us even closer to edge of road, even during the day. Drivers did not slow down & seemed annoyed we were there. But when I finally chose to drive instead of walk, I did find 20 min parking to pick food up to go very easily. Also close to Whole Foods! This neighborhood is gorgeous. The property is clean & quiet. The owners are helpful & friendly. Everything you might need is supplied. It was great for my tiny dogs who do better with quiet space vs hotel rooms. I am glad I brought a square of fake grass for patio since there are otherwise very few places to potty near property. My dogs are trained to go on grass or dirt, not pavement. Overall met my needs! Great if you prefer a condo vs a hotel, with all needed amenities.

Laguna Getaway

Great property for us as a couple to stay in during our week in Laguna Beach. Location is great, especially if you have a vehicle with you. If you are hoofing it like we did - be aware of the hill you have to hike up and down - it is no joke even for us 40 year olds! We were able to get Uber's to pick us up and drop us off a few times we were going further away than the free trolly would travel. It is situated close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to shopping and more. It was very clean, very comfortable and it was nice having the extra amenities of bottled water in the fridge, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and more. Sara the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. I would love to come back someday!

The Best!

I have stayed in properties all over the world. This one is exceptional. Immaculately clean, centrally located, beautifully appointed, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Sara is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had and made the whole process so easy.

Enjoyable and perfect. One exception is the walk up and down the hill. I’m 81 and hubby is 90 but we both are in good health and we did the walk twice daily!

Great location!

We had a great time and thought the place was nice! The location is so great and a legit 4 minute walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. There are a few things just to know when you book… There no AC really. There is a stand alone room unit..but it doesn’t cool the place down super well if it’s really hot out - especially the bedroom/ bathroom. There are a lot of fans which helps. The spiders seem to kind of love the patio. At night there were really big spider webs and I almost walked right into one. Just something to be aware of so you don’t walk into one:) they were back every night. The hill down to get to the beach is steep, but short.

Perfect week-long getaway in Laguna Beach!

My wife and I enjoyed a week-long stay in this clean, well-appointed, and perfectly-located Laguna Beach apartment! The furniture was tasteful, the bed super-comfy, and the appliances updated. We'd be glad to visit again!

2 weeks in Laguna Beach

The apartment is at the top of a hill that is steep.. You drive up it and take a right at the top into an alley that has 4 spots for cars. Walking up and down the road(High Street) is challenging because the incline is steep. At the bottom of the hill is a transit station for free bus service. Download the app for Laguna transit to get real time location of buses. The apartment is best for two because it is small. A bedroom, and a living area with a kitchen. You eat outside on the balcony or at the bar. There is a view of the ocean and at night it is pretty, The neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants nearby we enjoyed were Nicks, South of Nicks, Romeos, Anastasia Urth, and French bakery. The place is clean and has laundry machines in the bedroom. We would come back. Suggestions for improvement would be an information packet with what I wrote-especially the app for bus transport

Fabulous living in Laguna Beach

My husband, dog, and I had a magical month in this oasis in the heart of Laguna Beach. We had a comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and the best was that we could walk everywhere in Laguna. Sarah was a diligent and accessible host who made the process seamless We aim to return!!

Great apartment - close to everything!

Modern, clean apartment that's just the right size for two people. Super comfy bed and nice kitchen. The hill to the apartment is steep! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great trip despite parking issues and steep hills.

We had a lovely trip to Laguna Beach and the apartment was great although the parking situation was not great because a neighbor always parked over the lines into the spot meant for us and on a couple of the days during our visit someone had parked in our place. We had to find street parking instead. The hill to walk down to get to town is very steep but you do have awesome views from the apartment of the ocean. If you are not in a position to walk up or down very steep inclines then this may not be the place for you. Or you can drive. Not all the pics were accurate in terms of the set up of the apartment but overall we had a good stay and Sara was a lovely host. Lots of great restaurants and downtown was really close by.

Great weekend

Property is in a perfect location to town. Never needed to move the car once. Wake up to great morning views of the ocean. Quiet location and wonderful outdoor deck. Very comfortable bed, updated bathroom. Updated great kitchen. Easy communications with Sara. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Perfect little getaway place

We enjoyed our stay here and walked to town everyday. Never used our car after we arrived. Hill is steep but gives you a good workout!! Walked to town and also up the hill to take in even a bigger view and get more exercise. Also walked over to farmer's market on Saturday. Great views from living room and balcony and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, too!
