30A vacations are made for relaxation and laidback luxury! And as a four-level vacation home in Seagrove Beach, Cypress Sunset offers that and more. The home boasts sunny living accommodations, comfortable sleeping quarters, modern amenities and décor, breezy balconies, and a covered 12'x17' private pool. It features seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths, and accommodations for 14 visitors.

The main great room of Cypress Sunset is located on the third floor. This open concept room includes spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas. Large windows on two walls filter in ample Florida sunshine, creating a light and welcoming atmosphere for beachgoers. Shiplap walls, natural wood beams, industrial-styled light fixtures, chic furnishings, and contemporary art radiate a feeling of modern luxury. A royal-blue wraparound couch dominates the living room with varying shades of blue and white accent pillows. The couch is centered on a blue rug, with a fashionable white drink table at its center. Two metal end tables flank the couch. The setup faces a flatscreen TV. Behind the living area, a long table and ten white chairs make up the dining room. Pale wood flooring extends into the state-of-the-art kitchen that overlooks the dining area. The kitchen features gleaming white countertops, spacious counters, and stainless steel appliances. It also has a mini dinette with two short stools. Four square stools at the kitchen’s breakfast bar provide additional seating and a casual place for daytime dining.

When not relaxing in the comforts of the great room, guests will love spending time at the private pool on the first floor. The pool is completely covered but with open windows to let in summer breezes. A tiled deck with lounge chairs and a gas grill surrounds the pool. It also has an outdoor table with seating for ten—perfect for a poolside surf n’ turf meal.

Comfortably furnished bedrooms are spread across the upper levels of the property. Three rooms are on the second floor. Each has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two of these king guest bedrooms access furnished balconies. Guests will love spending time out here, enjoying the coastal weather and the company of friends and family. You will find the master suite upstairs on the third level. The sunny master suite boasts a king-size bed, high ceiling, accent chair, and a TV mounted above a mirrored credenza. Its private ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The final three guest bedrooms are on the third floor. Two of these have king-size beds and balcony access, while the third has a queen-size bed.

Aside from cozy accommodations and a private pool, this lavish vacation home is close to the sugary shores that 30A is known for. The beach is less than a five-minute walk from the property. The house is near a variety of popular restaurants, including the upscale Café Thirty-A, casual Brozinni’s Pizzeria, and The Perfect Pig. The surrounding 30A towns offer fun vacation experiences, featuring unique shops and restaurants, as well as seasonal events and festivals.
