Your Hamptons Home Away from Home - Beach, Pool, Playground & Firepit Evenings

Summer house that has it all! There is an in-ground heated pool and features spacious outside entertainment area. It is a five minute drive to Ponquogue Beach and a short walk to Shinnecock Bay.
There is a playground, clubhouse, tree swing, and outdoor toys which keeps kids entertained for hours. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off when you get back from the beach. It is the perfect home for a relaxing friends or family getaway!

Great stay in Hampton Bays

Great three week stay in June! The kitchen was very well equipped to become our home away from home. The owner was extremely responsive to any of our needs and ordered anything we might have needed. Pool had lots of fun toys to enjoy. Highly recommend a stay.

Perfect Perfect!!

What a gem!! Cristina is an amazing host!! We were coming with our baby and she went out of her way to even set up the baby swing!! How sweet!! The house is perfect for families with children, we loved that it was a ranch and there were no stairs because of our our little ones. Oh and the swing set and the triple bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids!! Plus recovering to the gorgeous master bedroom at the end of a perfect beach day was perfection!! Located near all of the best restaurants, beaches, bays, wineries!! Thank you so much for your hospitality Cristina!!

Good family vacation home

We were a family of 3 couples and a child. Plenty of room inside and out. Comfortable beds and living areas, nicely decorated and clean. Everything matched the description. All the appliances, towels, and amenities that we needed. Pool, plenty of toys, board games, lawn games, kids bikes, etc. Good location, short walk to see the bay. Finely tuned rental, Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, good communication. We did not have any issues, great place for families, would love to rent again.

Love it!

We loved this stay so much! Cristina is beyond communicative and sweet. She welcomed us with warmth and pizza and even sent my kids a treat during our stay. The house is roomy and clean and aesthetically pleasing. The backyard/garage is just a dream for both kids and adults. The house even came with lots of toys and games for all ages. We all can't wait to come back!

Great house. Amazing time.

We had such a great time. The house was perfect for our family- 4 kids 2 adults. We all enjoyed the pool every day - which is super safe for small kids- and loved the backyard and porch. The house was really nice and clean, and perfect for us. We would love to come back.

Perfect Family Getaway Home

This home fit our family needs in all ways. Everyone was happy there and all want to return. Such a relaxing home with everything we needed/wanted. Cristina was very attentive and it was obvious she wanted to be sure we were happy. Great location!

This house was a paradise for kids. The yard was even better than the pictures captured. It was a great size, all fenced in and had every piece of equipment children could possibly want to play on. Adults could be on the huge deck and supervise the children playing in the yard. A wonderful set up! The owner could not have been nicer. As if the house wasn’t great enough we were surprised with some special treats during the week. All around it was a great place for a family vacation with little ones!

Perfect Family Get Away

We went for a long weekend with another family. Christina was a wonderful host, sending us Pizza the first night and checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the backyard activities. We had a rainy day and plenty of board games etc to pass the time. Such a great way to get away with kids.

Terrific home and host!

Our family spent a great, long weekend getaway at this fun, clean, inviting home. Our kids had a blast with all of the outdoor and indoor activities on the property. The owner was so accommodating and responsive! We very highly recommend a stay here any time of year.

Beautiful Home

Cristinas home is the perfect place for a family to enjoy time in the Hamptons. Her thoughtfulness and kindness are evident in every detail. From a welcome lunch, bottle of rose to toast the beginning of a lovely week and home to entertain the kids endlessly. What I loved most about this home is how well equipped it was for the kids. Pool floaties, toys and life jackets, a garage full of outdoor toys, bikes, beach gear, and a large playground and swing area. The pool is fenced to keep kids safe and there was a bonfire we spent our evenings around. Truly, what a luxury to have all the amenities for your kids. She even had some of my sons favorite books in the bookshelf! We enjoyed our stay, although too short and hope to be back next year!

I cant say enough about this house and the owner. The pictures Don't do the backyard or pool justice. Perfect for kids , has toys, floats, games, swings and etc. Right down the road from cow fish restaurant and close to vineyards, would recommend to anyone!!!

Wonderful Stay and Property

We recently came back from this property last week and had an excellent stay. A few things that felt worthwhile to call out: 1. Cristina was an EXCELLENT hostess. She responded to all texts for anything within minutes if not sooner. We had a great welcome basket and a number of thoughtful treats during the stay. 2. The home was very clean, provided towels and lines and the kitchen had everything you would need for a great stay. 3. The backyard was perfect for kids - the yard side had tons to do for the kids with full gating and the pool was huge and also separately gated. Toys in the garage were great and also had beach gear. No need to bring anything. 4. We had a power outage due to a storm - Cristina immediately filed the outage with the power company and kept in touch the entire time. 5. Couldn't recommend more - great stay and will be lucky to return.

Perfect family vacation

We are absolutely going to rent this house again. It’s spacious, easy to clean, and has every amenity a family could need for kids of all ages (including grownups!). On top of that, the host is by far the most helpful and generous host I have ever had. She helped us daily with quick responses, fed us, and I am happy to be a small part of her donations to good causes with part of the rental profits. The town is so cute, has great food, and we barely scratched the surface of the activities we could do. Would give the experience 10 stars if we could!

A GEM for families w/ children and ALL!

If you want an escape, especially these days, this is the place! The entire property is surrounded by a fence and all self enclosed so that means NO NEED TO WEAR A MASK on property! It was just what my family needed. The property is really clean and spacious. Fire pit and playground equipment in the back yard meant that we could sit back relax and watch the kids play. They were outside nearly ALL DAY every day. Heated pool. Beautiful large deck with massive grill and large umbrella tables. I grilled every single day! If it rains come on inside and sit at the massive din in room table, which we did. It seats maybe 10. Nice amount of grass for cornhole or a catch. The back driveway (yes there are 2 driveways) is where the garage is located chock full of bikes, balls, other kids vehicles. There’s of course a TV in the living room but not in every bedroom which we really appreciated. This place is about being outside and relaxing. Great walks that take you down to the bay very close. Beaches, really lovely ones, are about a 5 minute drive away. Really good restaurants also nearby all currently available for pick-up/ take out. As for our host, Cristina; simply put SHE IS AWESOME! She is so very kind and thoughtful. We got an e mail nearly every other day checking in and she’s always available and quick to respond to any questions you may have. Good places and good hosts can often be hard to come by but this property and this host.........GEMS!!! We’ll be back. Thanks Cristina

Great for kids and adults!

We had a great stay here--kids loved the pool and the playground. The house was clean and had lots of toys for the kiddos. Close to beaches. Highly recommend, especially for people with kids. But would also be great for those without kids!

Incredible stay! Perfect for kids

This home was great for our family. My 2 kids loved the swing set and playground and walking 3 minutes to the water to look at the swans. The location is convenient, the ocean beach is a quick drive and there are lots of little dead ends with nice water access and views which made for great “adventures” with our kids. The host Cristina is amazing. She was very communicative and so nice. We stayed for several weeks and she went above and beyond to make sure we had toys and she even brought an extra stroller and a yoga mat for us from her permanent house! We would highly recommend this house especially to families with kids.

Perfect short stay

We were in town for a wedding and this was the ideal spot for us, a couple friends and our young child. It was too cold for the pool but we loved the playground and it made it so easy that there were a few toys and a high chair available. Easy drive to beaches and town.

Too short of a stay

The house was great, stayed for weekend to attend wedding...wish I could have stayed longer....there's always next year.
