The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, roll-away bed, desk, a walk-in closet, and a dual vanity ensuite bath for added convenience with the morning routine.

The three additional bedrooms each feature cozy queen beds with views of the pool and plenty of closet space. Each bedroom is adorned with plush mattresses and hotel-quality linens. Soak up the San Diego sun in the outdoor entertainment areas next to the sparkling saltwater pool, which can be heated to a pleasant 82 degrees year-round. We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150 per day. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
