Enjoy stunning views of Downtown Dallas from the 8th floor. My place is perfect for vacation travelers to explore downtown or business travelers needing quick access to offices and the convention center only a 5 minutes walk.

Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedroom and 2bathroom, living/dining room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.

Not only will you be able to enjoy upscale amenities, you’ll have every opportunity to explore multiple restaurants, shopping, bars and more as you you’re surrounding by the best Dallas has to offer.

10. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-in

Poorly maintained.

One of the kitchen chairs was broken and most of the lights bulbs were burned out. It was very clean and has a great view. Marijuana is legal so expect an almost constant smell.

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay was there for a volleyball tournament and worked out perfectly for location looks exactly like it looks in the pictures! Owner was prompt on getting back with any questions! Great experience!

Perfect for groups

If you were looking for a spacious perfectly located apartment, this is the place for you. There were a ton of us that stayed in this apartment. There were quite a few things that made me feel good about our choice. A few things to keep in mind 1. Always stay in a group when walking anywhere in this area. It is a major city, so there are things that you have to be aware of. 2. The elevator in the middle, was the only one that worked consistently. The other two were apparently there for decoration. So please give yourself an extra 10 minutes to get in and out of the building. The valet also needs a little extra time to get your car in and out. 3. The closeness to the convention center, made this the more affordable option. With that said, I thought that the property would be just OK. It definitely was better than I thought it would be! 4. Bring ice! Two ice cube trays for 10 people was not enough. 5. Water pressure was lacking for sure. So just be patient. 6. It did smell of weed a lot. All in all, it was one of my favorite properties I have stayed in and would return if we had another convention!

Today, Amyfinehouse provides uniquely designed short term rentals with upscale amenities that offer vacation and business travelers a place to stay, work, and play. Our homes are spacious and located in walkable places, next to major city attractions or parks. We are a small business operator that offers a personal touch, consistency, and professional customer service. There is no need to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel or short term rental from a large short term rental operator.
