Good location for golfers looking to play along the Beltline area. Close to numerous courses.

Very convenient location to the NE Grand Rapids golf courses. Very clean, would stay again no doubt just wished the tv/cable/zumo box was easier to navigate and get national stations.

Great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house. It was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe. The location was close to many restaurants and downtown. I would stay here again.

Great Location

The best part about this rental was how close it was to restaurants, breweries and shops. The rental was clean and check in was easy. Some details could use a little updating, the toilet seat should probably be replaced, but it was an overall pleasant experience. Hailey was very responsive and helpful as well!

Spent the weekend at this spot and it was perfect for a low-key bachelor party trip! The location was great, the space was clean and well-maintained, and Hailey was excellent with communication even when Vrbo's automated check-in code for the door locks failed to send. I'd highly recommend this location to folks looking for a local getaway!

This is an updated duplex that has previously been smoked in. Some of the updates are nice. Beds are comfortable, sheets are incredibly cheap. Kitchen is functional minus the cookware which needs to be replaced. It’s nice that there’s an extra bed in basement.

Nice house. Would have been nice to know that only seating upstairs is the dining table. Those unable to handle stairs can not get to living area. Nice neighborhood.

Thanksgiving Visit

We had such a wonderful time in GR for thanksgiving. Hailey’s property was just as described and pictured - so cute, in a quiet neighborhood, and overall perfect for our family. We loved how centrally located it was since we had family in Belmont and Caledonia. And it only took us minutes to get To downtown GR for a dinner on the town! Hailey was super responsive to our questions, and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our family trip. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit!!!

Coluldent leave quick enough.

Pleasent decore, comfortable beds. Unfortinitly the musty air within the house made us sick. We only stayed in the house 1 of our 4 nite rental. We reaced out to host for resolution, without reasonable resolution.

Grandson’s birthday

Nice! Clean! Safe! Quiet! Unusual set up with no seating other than the dining room table on the main floor. Television and couches are all in the basement. Not really a problem but a little different.
