Surfside Retreat Unit C - Vilano Beachfront Views!

Feel all the stress disappear as you cross the beautiful Usina Bridge (Vilano Beach) and get your first glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. You are only five minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and just a few steps from the beach. Come and enjoy your time on the Island, the ocean breezes, a sunrise like no other, shelling, strolling on the beach, sitting on the deck just enjoying a good book. This beautifully updated second floor unit has breathtaking sunrise views over the ocean.

We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.

Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!

Guests will have access to the entire second floor unit. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.

The parking area is shared by all units. Unit C is allowed 3 vehicles max.

Please note: The building is split into three separate units.

This listing is for Unit C (entire upstairs of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.

Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit B is located downstairs on the south side.

Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

Relaxing Beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay in unit C. The view was breathtaking and the entire condo was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location! We would definitely stay here again.

Staycation

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The house was clean, easy to access, and close to a Publix which makes it very convenient. Also just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Overall great experience and a fantastic beach house!

Coming back next year

What a wonderful stay here. The home has all you need. The access to the amazing beach is priceless. Walking to the small town center is easy and the beach beats anything we saw on the Gulf Side. While there are many homes rent on Vilano, buyer beware, some are very far north and not walkable to anything. Others, while also on the beach, might not be high enough and so your view is blocked by the sand dunes. The views from Surfside C are amazing. Photo are very accurate. There are a surprisingly number of restaurants on Vilano Beach too. And St. Augustine proper, with all the history and restaurants is a 10 minute drive, give or take. The location really cannot be beat. Excited to come back next year!

Great Ocean View and Deck

Great stay during holidays. Pluses are great ocean view. Great deck, parking, close grocery, good local restaurants and good walkable beach. It is convevient to st Augustine without the hassles of the city.

Amazing trip…. Loved the ability to walk out on the deck and within 1 minute you are in the ocean! Very clean. Great space. Nicely upgraded/renovated. Will be back!

Very well equipped home away from home on amazing beach with spectacular views. So convenient to grocery store and downtown. Hosts did a great job communicating before and during our stay.

This place was PERFECT. Perfectly located to restaurants, stores and St Augustine. The place had wonderful beds and furnishings. The management was beyond great. Great communication!! My wife and I are VRBO hosts on the west coast of Fl and this managements service is one we plan to implement in our rentals.

I absolutely love this property!! The location. The view. Everything about it was spectacular!! The only thing I would say that could be better is the carpet. It could be cleaner. But with that being said, I would definitely stay at this property again!! Thank you management for making it is so easy and so enjoyable!!

Ultimate Beach Experience

Beautiful, open concept home, perfect for our family! Right on the beach, which is a necessity with small children. Publix just 0.5 miles away, and downtown St. Augustine 2 miles away. The windows provided 360 view of the beach! We will be back!

Beautiful location

This house has the best porch over looking the beach, which is also gated and perfect for little kids and puppies. If is too hot, there is a great view of the beach from the back windows as well. My family and I had a great time at this beach house and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully poised at the ocean

You can't get any closer or find a more gorgeous ocean view with private access. Large, simply but charmingly appointed living area, and outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen (but no dishwasher detergent supplied). Plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Definitely bring gallon jugs of water to drink and brush teeth, the water smells bad. Was given wrong entrance code, but this was quickly and easily corrected. With a charcoal water filter, a few window screens this would be a 5+. As is, it's still a very lovely place. Would rate it 4.5 if I could.

Great Spring Break Trip

Surfside C is very clean, newly updated and comfortable. The house has everything you need, including cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee filters, seasonings, plenty of dishes, glassware and good cookware. The views of the ocean are gorgeous and the abundance of large windows is especially nice for enjoying the scenery. The deck is large with comfortable outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The location is close to Publix and St. Augustine. Elite Vacations responded quickly when we had questions. Which was very nice. It was a great trip.
