Great Place to Stay

We were in town to tour the Louisville Slugger Factory and go to the horse races at Churchill Downs. The location is convenient for these activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The layout was great for 2 couples. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo.

Amazing time along Kentucky's Bourbon Trail

This was an amazing time! Booking, communication with our host Stefanie, check-in, check-out - everything was easy and seamless! The property is perfectly located, close to downtown Louisville and all the fun places. It is extremely clean and comfortable.

Stef's Place

This is the perfect location if you're visiting Louisville, KY. The condo had everything we needed for a two nights stay & we loved the rooftop lounge area. There are some very good restaurants within a mile or so right on the river that we enjoyed. Louisville is just a short drive across the river. We would stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Bourbon hunting in Louisville area

The property was very clean, easy to find, out of the way enough to be quiet. Stefanie was a perfect host, checked in to see if everything was as expected during our visit and made sure the room was stocked with everything we might need. Highly recommend.

Stopping Through

My wife and I took our two young kids to Alabama, and stopped here for 2 nights on our return trip over the Fourth of July. Stef was great, and the apartment was amazing. The kids really enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the rooftop.

My experience

Over all experience was very good, I really appreciate this property worth to stay. We like home. Kitchen was fully equipped. Roof top have nice views for Louisville downtown, thanks for making our time memorable.

Don's Clarksville 2023

Everything was easy. To pick the place, to book it, to check in. It was even easy to get to and was centrally located to the Golf Courses we went to. Very clean, well-appointed and the views were not at all disappointing!. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the "airiness" of the apartment itself. Definitely will keep this in mind when we're down that way next!

Lovely Apartment - 5 minutes to downtown Louisville

Trip with my daughter and her friend for a concert at KFC arena. Perfect location - right across the bridge to downtown Louisville (5 min drive). The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated with a great kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Stephanie was so nice and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again when we return to Louisville.

Great location

Tons to see, eat, and do in Louisville. Within walking distance to a nice park. Fossil beds were cool. The mega caverns were worth every penny. Doc Crows and Los Aztecas were delicious. Bolt +Tie has a great rooftop area and clubroom. Key pickup and drop off great. Only recommendation is a backup system to communicate instructions for when a client doesnt have their email in their bio, took a couple hours to get it straightened out but smooth sailing and great communication after that.

KY bourbon trail via Indiana riverfront stay

Loved this location for a bourbon trail get-away. Indiana riverfront and many restaurants charming and walkable from the property along with park walking and bike paths in opposite direction was a great choice for us and comfortable landing place each evening! Two bedroom unit well- appointed perfect for two couples. Enjoyed fireworks from the rooftop and used the club room for cards/games at night. Would suggest one more chair or bar stool in this unit as there is only seating for three. We adapted! This area looks to be growing with more properties being built. We would return here - we all enjoyed it!

Beautiful apartment. Great location.

We loved staying at this apartment! Steff was a wonderful host and always prepared to help… even though we didn’t need anything special! The apartment was great for our weekend get away with another couple to Louisville. The split concept with a bedroom and bath on either side of the main living space gave each couple their privacy. The center living are with open concept kitchen and island was roomy enough for us to play games and enjoy meals together all while watching football on the tv. One small item that would have made it a little more accommodating is a fourth chair at the bar so we all could have eaten together and or a folding table with 4 chairs for cards and games. All in all it was comfortable (especially the beds), quiet, easy access to the interstate for travel into Louisville, no details to cleanliness and comfort were missed. We highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect location and place for us

Before we even arrived Stefanie was answering our questions. We were coming to tour Louisville, KY and surrounding area. Wanted to stay out of the hubbub. This was perfect with easy handicap parking and steps from the elevator. We could go to rooftop to view Ohio River and Louisville or sit on our balcony for a drink. Great open concept with bedrooms / bathrooms on either side. In morning enjoy your coffee/tea provided in spacious kitchen with island. You are not far from places to eat if you wish. A very secure modern unit. When here if we needed anything, Stefanie was on top of it. Just blocks from toll free bridge to Louisville. We used Uber one night to go to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse for dinner, which was Wonderful. Of the last two VRBO’s, this was our favorite. Highly recommend. Great Unit and great owners!
