The island of Pasman is an offshore island between Zadar and Biograd and is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge.
The house in Put Karantunica is only 70 mtr. away from the Adriatic Sea and you live on the sunny southwest side in a quiet location with no through traffic.
Here you can immerse yourself in the crystal-clear water and start the day with swimming, snorkeling or diving before the hearty breakfast with which every new vacation day begins on the terrace or balcony.
The house is fully air-conditioned, has folding shutters, has a free-standing grill and is divided into two very spacious, comfortable holiday apartments on the first and second floor and furnished in a Mediterranean style.
Each apartment on the ground floor and first floor has separate access and there are SAT TV and stereo systems and WiFi in each WE.
Directly in front of the house are 2 parking spaces, each with a separate yard entrance, which are secured by 2 stainless steel gates.
On the terraces or the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view that will make you forget everyday life.
In the morning you see the fishing boats coming and in the evening in the setting sun, the fishing boats go out to sea, enjoy the beginning of a cozy summer night, where you can recharge your batteries and sit by candlelight until late at night.
Now let your soul dangle, lean back in your armchair and look at the wonderful starry sky.
