Our team checked the pool heating system on the day of your report, and it was confirmed to be working correctly. Additionally, maintenance was dispatched to ensure everything was functioning as it should. We also wanted to clarify that for the spa, the jets need to run for approximately 30 minutes on the initial turn-on for the heat to fully engage, which may not have been immediately clear. It seems this might have contributed to the misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. During your stay, the Wi-Fi password was reset, and the updated information was promptly provided by our property care team. We also want to acknowledge that the busy holiday period can sometimes result in slightly slower response times than we aim for, but we were dedicated to addressing your concern as quickly as possible.
