Welcome to Ocean Way 304
This gulf front piece of paradise will leave you speechless!! This beautiful beach front condo with large, corner covered balcony with brand new sliding glass doors, offers breathtaking views of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!! This 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo features an open floor plan with a bright, airy living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite home cooked meal with all the comforts of home, or go out to one of the many local restaurants close by. A washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen tv and offers a ensuite bathroom with a brand new walk in shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed and is located directly across the hall from the guest bathroom. This unit comes with 1 covered, assigned parking spot (height restriction at 7.5 FT) and has limited guest parking available on a first come first serve basis (Parking Pass is required).
For your outdoor enjoyment, the community has a heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grilling area just steps from the sugary white sand of Indian Rocks Beach. Clearwater Beach with an abundance of shopping, dining and activities is just a short drive north on Gulf Blvd. and John's Pass is a short distance to the South.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies. Fresh linens and towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
