Welcome to San Junipero! A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, modern luxury home set on 4 acres, custom built in 2021 to maximize the amazing views. Our house has your enjoyment in mind & is only minutes from downtown Joshua Tree & Joshua Tree National Park. Experience open & curated spaces for cooking, dining, gathering & relaxing. With comfortable beds & an amazing outdoor area complete with a Modpool shipping container pool, separate hot tub, large gas fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ & outdoor shower.

The space
Our space is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and the National Park entrance.

Bedrooms: There are 3 spacious bedrooms to enjoy. There are two large bedrooms each with king beds and a queen bed in the third guest bedroom.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, both stocked with amenities for your use.

Kitchen: A beautifully open space with everything you need to cook meals at home. A large 6 person table is just nearby in the dining area.

Living Area: A large couch and TV are perfect to gather and unwind.

Patio/Yard: The absolute highlight of our home. Swim in the Mod Pool while looking over the valley and mountains. Soak in the hot tub under the stars. Cozy up to the propane fire pit while relaxing on the large outdoor couch. You can also enjoy the gas BBQ, large outdoor dining table and the outdoor shower.

Please note: The house is in a residential area. Quiet hours at 10 pm - 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy.

Guest access
Our home is located in a quiet, residential area. You will drive on a dirt road for the last very short stretch (about 1 minute). It's accessible.

There is plenty of room for parking for up to 6 cars (max). There is a car port with an outlet that supports Level 2 charging to charge your electric car. You must have your own charger. See photos for outlet type.

Other things to note
Pet Friendly: One well-behaved pup allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, which you will pay at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please be aware that it is not fenced and wildlife including coyotes cross regularly through the property.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can occasionally approve an early check in or late check out but in general our team needs this time to prepare.

Security Cameras: We have security cameras on the front of the house, which face out toward the driveway and front of the house only.

Joshua Tree weekend

The place is lovely, tranquil and peaceful and has wonderful views. Host was great and the 3 bedroom house is very comfortable and clean. Three minor improvements would be more towels for bathrooms, glass wine glasses instead of only plastic and although there is plenty of outdoor furniture, the one area with only the bean bag could have more seating as that particular deck offers a different view . All the positives of this beautiful home outweigh these minor suggestions for improvement. And without a doubt anyone would enjoy their stay here, we will book it again!!!!

Very comfortable and unique!

We spent 2 nights in the high desert and San Junipero was a lovely spot to stay as we explored Joshua Tree Nat'l Park. Proximity to the park was great - only 5 mins to entrance. The home is very well appointed and thoughtful details throughout. We loved the heated cocktail pool and the hot tub at night. The owner's have gone out of their way and thought of every detail to make it a welcoming property. Specific details we loved: Turkish towels/blankets to cozy up with, board games provided, kitchen with pretty much any utensil/amenity under the sun you could imagine, and the concise and helpful "Welcome" binder with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening your wonderful home.

Serene stay - great house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It seems relatively new and modern. The views were fantastic from all rooms. The house is comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for a cold January night. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, peaceful house. It's secluded but not far away from the park and amenities. It had a very well stocked kitchen. The fire pit and hot tub were fantastic. Beautiful views from all rooms of the house. Communication from the property manager was clear with easy to follow directions.

Juniper House.

Place was amazing. Love the fire pit and house is very clean and functional. We barbecued, sat it hot tub and spent lots of time in front of fire pit. Felt very private and did not see any neighbors.

A Zen Place!

We loved everything about this home. Great location to Joshua Tree. Walking distance to the Saloon. Cocktail pool and Spa were a welcomed respite to our sore legs from hiking and biking. Jenn is responsive to any questions. I do recommend paying to heat the cocktail pool as that is where we all fit well! We look forward to coming back!

Desert Gem!

A very special property in Joshua Tree. Very unique, well designed and spacious. Hot tub & pool were a bonus! We were looking for a getaway for a birthday to just unwind and relax and this checked all the boxes. We had dinner in town the first night and then hardly left the remainder of the weekend. Highly recommend this property. A+++

Amazing, will stay again!

Amazing property in a great location. Super clear and communicative hosts and check-in process. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen is, and the big open windows gave us a great view of the desert. Will definitely save this listing to stay again!

Fabulous Location for Visiting Joshua Tree National Park

Excellent location and very well appointed kitchen made our family Holiday wonderful. Short drive to Joshua Tree park got us there before the crowds and made night star gazing trips very easy. Hot tub was a great way to soak away the sore muscles from our long hikes.

Joshua Tree Hiking Retreat

This was the perfect location for our hiking trip — only a 5 minute drive to the gate. After a challenging hike in the park, we loved coming back and soaking in the hot tub. In the evenings, we relaxed by the fire before retiring to our comfortable bed for the night. The bathrooms are huge and the showers have excellent water pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was nice to be able to BBQ. The views are beautiful, the host is responsive and the location is close to amenities but rural enough to feel like there’s nothing around. We will definitely stay here the next time we are hiking in the area!

Great Stay Away from Home

This place is great. The house is beautiful, has everything you need. The view and surrounding area are great. The pool is a nice break from the heat where you can get cool and still enjoy nature. The beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House

This property is perfect all around. Great views, beautiful house, and super close to Joshua Tree NP. The pool is a great bonus for kids and cooling down. Would definitely stay again.

Planning at San Junipero

Amazing property! We’ve stayed at several properties in Joshua tree and this was by far the nicest. The home is everything you would want in a modern Joshua tree stay. The view and the fire pit were amazing.
