Upon entering this 2,000 sq ft. residence, the expansive great room will greet you with a spectacular view of the inviting pool and the serene waterfront canal.

This spacious abode comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Smart TVs with cable are thoughtfully placed in the living room and bedrooms, ensuring you can easily access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a generously sized island with seating for six, making it a perfect hub for gatherings and culinary adventures.

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring soothing water views and slider access to the pool. Inside, you'll find a spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks and an oversized walk-through shower. Meanwhile, two guest bedrooms with queen beds are nestled on the opposite side of the home, complemented by a generously sized guest bathroom. Ample storage awaits in the form of large walk-in closets in every bedroom.

This house is amazing, loved the pool the layout is great . Very clean and comfortable, neighbors are friendly.I would highly recommend staying here pictures are true and more impressive when you get there. Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay at Cape Bliss! Everything about it is just perfect ~ everything you would ever need in the kitchen, the pool is awesome, the whole house is so roomy and beautiful, and the master bath and bedroom is so huge!!! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!

Spring break getaway

We have often vacationed on Sanibel/Captiva, but options are limited now due to hurricane recovery. We wanted to come to the area and support the community, and found a great option here in nearby Cape Coral. The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool with the beautiful view of the canal, the kitchen and living areas were well appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet and attractive. Host was great - very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The property manager was amazing from start to finish! Our trip was cut short due to Ian but they were great about the whole thing! Refund was issued quickly and she stated in touch the whole time highly recommend! House is exactly what you see in the pics! The view is to die for! My prayers are with them and their families after that storm!

Summer vacation 2022

We enjoyed staying at Cape Bliss. It was a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to get to stores and restaurants. The view of back pool and canal was beautiful. The tiki hut on dock was absolutely great place to sit and watch the canal action and get relief from direct sun. Beautiful sunrises., Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful house in a great location

We had an amazing time on vacation. This was our first time vacationing in this area and the house was perfect. Our kids (11 and 16) were just as excited to stay at the house because of the beautiful pool and being able to fish from the pier. The house was in a great location. We didn’t have much issues with traffic but everything was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved the house. We had the most relaxing time ever.

The check in process was very easy, house was spotless at a great location. The views of the sunrise every morning was so beautiful. The pool is so amazing, you’ll have your own oasis for your self. Beautiful beaches are about 30 minutes drive, which we didn’t mind. Delicious restaurants are all around some of them walking distance. Highly recommend this property. 😊❤️

Both me and my husband come from large families and were born and raised in rural parts of southern New Jersey. We proudly raised a US Marine, who is currently on active duty, and an amazing daughter who is finishing college in New England. We immediately fell in love with Cape Coral and the surrounding areas of Southwest Florida on our very 1st trip to the area! We bought this home within a year of that visit. We find this area to be the place we want to go for both tranquility and fun. It’s a place that gives us the islands vibes right here in the US.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

What drew us to the area is that it is central to so many coastal areas in SWFL while there is also so much to do without ever leaving the Cape. Frankly, we love the water views, palm trees, and the opportunity to have an aquarium full of sea life right in our own backyard! When we venture out, we’re drawn to the many nearby beaches in Sanibel and Fort Myers as well as the restaurants on the water, many with daily live music.

We purchased this slice of heaven in 2019 and have been making upgrades along the way. We are happy to be able to share our beautiful, Southwest Cape home with others to enjoy and make their own memories in when we can’t be here. While this is a new listing on VRBO, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is not new to having guests as it was under different property management.

Fun fact, Cape Coral has the most canals in the world (including Venice) boasting more than 400 miles!

The breathtaking sunrises, expansive, endless waterviews (we call it the $ million view as the house is located at a canal extension) and amazing sea life right out back are just a few reasons we fell in love with this tropical retreat which boasts a number of magnificent royal palms and other lush, well-lit landscape and amazing back space with extensive paver area and dock with tiki hut. This is a very spacious, comfortable home that has a flare of fun with the colorful coastal décor throughout. The infinity pool appears to flow straight into the canal creating a very tranquil feel and induces immediate relaxation and vacation mode. The very large kitchen is so inviting, has extensive counter space and is well stocked to meet all your cooking needs should you choose to have some or all of your meals at the house. You really don’t have to leave the property to enjoy the fantastic vibes of Cape Coral. If you choose to venture out, you can literally enjoy endless restaurant options, boating, fishing, watersport, beaches, shopping and many other activities within close proximity.
