Nice place with easy access to everything

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Tulsa. It was a spacious and comfortable apartment, and we could walk to the ballpark and Arts District. The check in and access were straightforward and having parking on site was great for us. There is traffic noise that can't be helped for a central location like this.

Great location for food and nightlife

The property was great. Easy but secure access. TV in the living room didn't work but we didn't care. Could've been better lighting around the bathroom mirror. Minor details. Overall a great experience.

Tulsa work trip

I stayed one evening while in town for work. Communication was good and self explanatory as far as parking and getting into the unit. The unit was very clean and in a good spot to just walk to get something to eat. I was not able to find the WiFi and I couldn’t get the living room tv to connect to any shows. It just kept going back to the main screen so I just ended up working in bed and watching tv in bed all night. However, it was VERY windy in Tulsa on this evening and the next day and maybe that was affecting the WiFi. Otherwise everything was good and I would stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Tulsa

There is so much to say, I will begin with check-in .. a breeze... and you cannot beat the location, 10 minute walk to Greenwood Rising, Bob Dylan Center, Woody Guthrie Center, and so much more. Tulsa Performing Arts literally a block away. Within one block, a minimum of 4 restaurants to choose from, we ate at 3 of them at least twice. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We travel frequently, across the country, this is one of the best stays we have had. Thanks for hosting us. We hope to return in the future

Awesome place!

This VRBO was absolutely amazing—truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful little touches to all the amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Whether relaxing or preparing meals, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a stress-free experience. Thanksgiving getaway in Tulsa!

This place is beautiful! It's cozy and warm and right in the middle of downtown. Everything was clean and tidy. She even had an extra fan which I totally appreciated. Location could not have been better! Walking distance to some of the city's most incredible restaurants, coffee houses, diners, bars, and entertainment! The Juicery across the street has the perfect chill vibe and if you're looking for a experience, Mr. Kim's restaurant WAS SPECTACULAR! The pizza at Andolini's was delicious! If you want more than a slice, check out the Cherry St. location. Dilly Diner was the BEST brunch spot! Melody was quick to respond to any messages and super helpful in recommendations for must see places. The ONLY thing that I didn't care for was the loud music coming from the bar downstairs but that's nothing she could have controlled. If you have a couple of fans on it dims the noise. Also, it's pretty bright in there so a sleep mask is a must! That being said I would 1000% book to stay here again!

Downtown rooftops.. not exactly stunning!

It’s a very clean light appt. On third floor with an elevator… The hard parts to learn are parked no.. you are supposed to use slot 13 ! Getting in front door a little complex! Just be aware it is located near a night club, and it takes a while for the town to quieter down… maybe bring ear plugs. Close to the baseball and downtown amenities. All comfortable…interior

Tulsa's Perfect Downtown Spot

We were in town for 1 night for a concert, and this was the perfect place. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the BOK center. Parking was reserved and clearly easy to see/use and the check in/out process was a breeze. Beautiful location and the view was quite fun. Highly recommend!

Cute light filled apartment in the heart of downtown

The ease of parking and the property location is wonderful. I happened to stay during a event filled weekend downtown. If you are a light sleeper - expect to get ambient noise. Otherwise everything worked wonderfully - easy to bring groceries up, make coffee, enjoy the view (which is great). Good coffee in lobby of building. 8 or more restaurants and pubs within one block. Very good location.

Perfect Location!

We stayed for our anniversary and wanted to explore Downtown Tulsa. This place was perfect!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars plus a nice 5 minute walk to downtown! The view from the sliding window/balcony was freaking awesome!!
