Located on the south side of Shawano Lake, this modern, comfortable cottage features a private dock, flat walk-out access to the water, and amenities designed for families, couples, fishing trips, girls’ weekends, and year-round relaxation.

Enjoy jet-skiing and swimming in the summer, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter, and breathtaking sunset views every evening. With grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, golf courses, ATV/snowmobile trails, shops, and casinos just minutes away, convenience meets tranquility at this warm and welcoming retreat.

- Cameras: One at the front door (year-round) and one at the back door (mid-September–early May) for exterior security only.
