Updated 3 bedroom plus loft on the lagoon just minutes from LBI and the bay.

Enjoy the water right from our dock while grilling or relaxing on the deck. Located conveniently near various businesses such as convenience stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

3 bedrooms on the main floor. 2 Queens and 1 full bed all with tempur-pedic mattresses. Two additional twin beds in the upstairs loft. Updated kitchen and three separate sitting rooms with large couches and TVs. Each TV has a Roku. No cable, but various streaming services available (FuboTV, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc).

Dishes and glassware are provided. Comforter and pillows are also provided. For sanitary reasons we prefer that you bring your own bedding and towels. The home does have a washer and dryer. If you don't want to bring your own linens or don't have enough, you can rent them from Bed & Bath Linen Rentals who have been servicing the area for over 15 years. Note: This is a family neighborhood so no loud parties. We will consider small non-shedding dogs upon request and with additional cleaning fee.
