Fairview Cottage, Steps from Mother's Beach in Kennebunk

The cottage is just steps from the beach, golf course and a short distance to restaurants and shops. Fairview cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and is approximately 200 yards from Mothers Beach, KBIA and the Webhannet golf course. The home has been professionally decorated with three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system.

The three bedroom house sleeps 6: master bedroom has a King bed, addditional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.

Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach.

Perfect Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Maine on our return stay to the cottage. Perfect location to the beach and so many of our favorite spots. We will certainly be back.

Just right

We came to town for the Christmas Prelude. It was myself, my wife, our 4 kids and our 3 year old lab. The place was very clean and had enough space for all of us with no problem. It is a very short drive to town and we had no problem getting parking throughout all the events. The only hurdle was the bathroom sliding door does not have a lock which lead to a few interesting moments! We will be staying again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairview Cottage! Nicole was very communicative and helpful. We were very pleased with the whole stay. Cozy, clean house with plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed walking the beach every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for three longtime friends to stay

Three college friends, who met 40 years ago had a great weekend at Fairview cottage! We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, and the great area to walk. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds which we enjoyed! It was a great visit and hope to return!

Kennebunk Beach Getaway

During our month in Maine, my husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Fairview Cottage. The location was fantastic . . . a quick walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again.

The Fairview was terrific for our October family stay. Updated and comfortable with nice touches throughout. A wonderful spot for a couple or small group!

The location was fabulous! The house was decorated VERY tasteful and everything was impeccable- down to the towels and bedding. I would definitely consider renting again!

Girls Weekend Away

We had a great time at Fairview Cottage. It was perfect for a girls quick weekend away, that was long overdue, due to COVID. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well laid out given it has 3 bedrooms and is a "cottage". And you will fall in love with Wendy's art that is on all the walls and for sale. Love the counter area over the dishwasher/washer/dryer area makes for a wonderful cocktail bar! Perfect location for winter walks on the beach. And a quick drive to Kennebunk or Kennebunkport!

Retirement celebration weekend

We (3 women) had a great time. The house is in a great location, near shopping and just a block away from the ocean. Great morning walks along the water front, wonderful sunsets and in a nice neighborhood with some lovely houses. The house was very comfy, well equipped with all the essentials and very clean. We would not hesitate to stay at this listing again.

Perfect cottage stay!

We had a perfect 3 night stay at Tim and Wendy's cottage. Super clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the three of us. Great communication on check in etc. They also gave us a nice welcome gift! One of the best VRBO stays we have had. Thank you both for your hospitality! When we are ready to buy some artwork we will be in touch. We loved all the prints.
