On check-in day we were advised that the outdoor gas fireplace was not working. A valve needed to be replaced. The water filter for the refrigerator was 15 days late and the ice maker did not work. The volume on one of the tvremote controls did not work. One of the stove tops controls did not work. You could not adjust it to lower heat. In the living room there was a lady bug nest in the ceiling. When the heat or conditioner went on, it was extremely loud on the main floor, especially in the master bedroom. In the master bedroom the sheet would not stay on the mattress.

Perfect house

Very clean and great views. Everything we needed for the trip was so available and the house was very comfortable. Everything only 20 minutes away including tubing! House perfect size and very beautiful overall. Kid friendly as well!

Absolutely LOVED This Home and Neighborhood!

Everything about this home was perfect - from the simple elegance of the decor/furnishings to the generous supply of quality cookware, appliances, dishes, storage containers and glassware. Also loved the responsiveness of the management staff (Alan and Hunter) who were friendly, professional and determined that our 30-day stay went without a hitch. And the setting was heaven - with beautiful (flowering) trees, long-range mountain views and an incredible tranquility that soothes the soul. My wife and I feel blessed that we were able to call Grandview at Watersong our "home away from home" during our month-long stay. We definitely hope to return soon!

Amazing cabin and location!

Very nicely decorated beautiful cabin with great views. The management team was on top of everything and even brought me potholders that were missing. Top notch!

Great Stay at Grandview

Had a great Fall stay at Grandview. House is in like new condition and has everything you could need. Really enjoyed the deck off of the living room with the fireplace and the coffee bar. Fantastic view off the back. Having an actual back yard, vs a steep drop-off immediately behind the house, was very nice.

Our family stayed in this house for a gender reveal. The house had everything we could have asked for. Everyone had a great time and we felt like we were at home.

Amazing time for our family reunion

We booked 3 homes the beautiful Watersong neighborhood for a fun family reunion. We had 30 total people representing 8 states from Oregon to New Jersey! My family had the pleasure of staying at Grandview and we couldn't have loved it more. The photos don't do the mountain views justice. The beds were so comfortable and the home was super clean! The drive into Downtown Ellijay is easy and close, and the town is so cute. We can't wait to come back and explore more soon.

Beautiful But

Everything was beautiful with just a few things that need fixing. We could not get the oven to work. The power kept going off and on throughout the night, so the generator would come on and the the gas detector kept having to reset which woke everyone up. The fan/light remote controls in all 3 bedrooms would control all 3 fans/lights, so when someone would try to turn off their lights it would turn the other rooms lights or fans on/off. I did not report this while there so they didn’t have opportunity to address but wanted to let them know. Other than that we were very pleased and would rent again.

Beautiful Home & View

This home is exactly as described and you will experience what you see in the photographs. It is super peaceful and relaxing. Overall, the house is well-stocked with everything that you need to cook in the kitchen. One small detail to be aware of is that the HVAC is quite loud, so it can sound like it is raining when it isn’t. We were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Trip to unwind

We were in awe of the property and loved the area. Not too remote but had all the charm we would have hoped for. Would have been nice to have some window treatments/shades on the downstairs sliding glass doors and windows. View was spectacular during the daytime but at nights it was a little intimidating, front door as well

Mountain Paradise!

Grandview at Watersong was above and beyond our expectations. We came into this vacation looking for some much needed relaxation and rejuvenation and we got exactly that! From the ping pong table downstairs for the kids, to the christmas tree up in the living room making this feel like a hallmark movie, we truly couldn't have asked for more! Huge shoutout to Mountain Vibe Vacations for making this trip absolutely perfect for our family. We can't wait to come back!

Grand view

Beautiful property with wonderful Mountain View. We enjoyed the fire pit, ping pong and bean bag throw games. Not a big deal, but new ping pong balls and a new paddle could improve the game, lol. Great location and a nice blacktop road to the modern cabin. The landscaping was very nice. On our final morning about 8:00 am, we saw a large black bear cross the road and enter the woods! Kitchen was well equipped just bring your own salt, pepper and sugar if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

An Incredible Experience!

This is the second property we've rented from Coastal Vibes in the Watersong community, and it was just as fabulous as the first. In fact, we're renting another property in this community for Thanksgiving. Communications about the booking process and property expectations were much appreciated. The home is a 10+ — upscale but comfortable and packed with every amenity you can imagine. The back yard and outside areas are breathtaking. It is also in such a great location with easy access to Ellijay and Blue Ridge and very accessible. Highly recommend!
