Both rooms come with 42" flat-screen TVs and the unit has a full bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a number of other features including central air, washer & dryer combo, an outside shower, Bose bluetooth speakers for connecting your own music, 55” flat screen TV in the living room, free wifi, Xbox console, and charming candy-themed decor.

Guests have one assigned off-street parking space in the driveway (spot #2). Please be courteous to other people staying in the building by not blocking the driveway and only parking in the assigned spot.
For guest safety, the building exterior has security cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. In case of an emergency, guests should call 911 or local police and notify the host.
