Récemment rénové, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelle salle de bain, unité avant entiÚrement meublée d'un duplex. Un bloc et demi à la plage. Je loue généralement du dimanche au dimanche. Je louerai le week-end sous réserve de disponibilité. J'inclus également l'utilisation de 4 balises de plage et d'Internet sans fil gratuit. .

If there was an option for a half star I’d leave 3 1/2. The property owner was very nice and the location was in good proximity to the beach. I’m also taking into consideration the very fair rate charged and the possibility to rent for less than a week. However, we found the house to be quite musty and the beds desperately need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. Other than that, the space was cozy enough and had must have items.

Nice cozy and perfect for our family

Place was clean other than shower area and shower head needs to be replaced. Told property manager she was very nice and accommodating. Their was a musty smell hard to explain but it wasn't that bad.

Close to where we wanted to be. Great to have beach just over a block away. Great shore breeze. Small kitchen and tiny BR. Good size bed rooms. Clean and neat.

Bad smell, dirty, ants everywhere

Save your money and find something else. As soon as we walked in we could smell a terrible rotten smell like sewage that remained throughout our visit. The owner got a handyman in who just suggested air fresheners - more stink! The washing machine area smelled awful as did the bathroom. The linens all smelled like mildew or strongly perfumed detergent. Despite having just had cleaners there, the floor was very dirty. We couldn’t walk barefoot. We were worried about our infant crawling around with dirt, rusty baseboard heaters, and ant traps on the floor. There were dirty dishes in the oven and cabinets. Be ready to wash anything before you use it. Bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, and sponge. There were small ants in several rooms that swarmed the front patio one morning. The main bedroom smelled strongly like mildew and everything in there felt damp despite functioning AC. The room with two twin beds has a broken plate over an outlet, exposing the wiring. There is no covering for the main front windows so it felt very exposed. This rental was incredibly disappointing. It was dirty, smelled, and had ants. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

In the time of Covid19, this house was dirty, dusty, dank and musty/mildewy.

There were huge dust bunnies under the furniture, the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking, the tub was not properly cleaned, there was towels and sheets in the washing machine that sat too long and got mildewed, I had to rewash them with my own Tide/Clorox. Front window didn't have curtains/drapes, so we had to put up sheets. The floor was filthy. I had to rewash most of the linens/towels before use. Had to clean anything we wanted to cook with, including the dish drain/utensil holder full of mildew/soap scum. Wish VRBO would let me post pics.

A Nice House Which Made Our Vacation Enjoyable

We were looking for a decent place for 3 or 4 persons. Dorothy's place was just right for us ! The location was near to the church, the golf course, and the ocean. I appreciated the cleanliness of the house, including plenty of fresh linens and towels. The kitchen is amply stocked. We did not meet; however Dorothy (remotely) answered all my questions and gave me clear info on the check-in process. September is a great time to be in Brigantine, and i would recommend Dorothy's place for your group.

Property was in an excellent location! Just a super quick walk from the beach. It was cleaner than we expected based on the reviews! There were no smell or cleanliness issues to speak of. The beds were fairly comfortable and while the place wasn't huge it was a fine size for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. We did encounter a few problems: (1) We received the wrong code when we checked in, but owner showed up before we could even text her and resolved it quickly. So no worries there (2) No toilet paper in the bathroom - not even a partial roll. We left a few rolls behind for the next guest. (3) A fuse blew so the lights in the bedrooms, bathroom, and some of the kitchen outlets didn't work for the second half of our stay. The A/C still worked so we just used battery-powered lights we had with us, but were too busy to notify the owner until she stopped by 45 minutes prior to check-out.

Great place to stay for a beach vacation

Everything was great from start to finish. We got a noon check in from the owner which was very convenient. We had all the amenities necessary for a shore rental. Very clean upon arrival. Very nice neighbors and a short walk to the beach. Dorothy the owner was very easy to deal with and always replied quickly to our emails.

I love Brigantine!!! Excellent place for family with kids. The property was ok. It could be cleaner. But overall, we loved it !

Very dirty...

Floors were disgusting... literally toys, chips, sunglasses left under beds and when something rolled under the couch is was SO disgusting under it. Pots and pans were also dirty. The room with the washer and dryer smelled awful. Also, listing said 3 bedrooms in two places and 2 in another... I reserved it without seeing that one place said 2 bedrooms. When I discovered it just before we went, I inquired and she said two bedrooms. Everything else was booked at the point. She would not give us a discount. We had to take air mattresses for the living room.

Amazing weekend trip ..... couple of notes

We planned a weekend getaway for our daughters first birthday . Our family of 4 arrived and the bedroom with the twin beds was perfect size to set up yet pack and play . The bedding was pretty dated but appeared clean . Same in the master bedroom and mattress cover had a big burn hole in it. One thing as far as safety that really concerned us was in the master bedroom the outlet was cracked at the top where w hand could get in there that made me extremely nervous having it exposed . There was no extra toilet paper other than the one roll. No paper towels and no laundry detergent. I saw a basket in the laundry space with towels but they smelt bad so We purchased detergent to rewash . There was a used stinky sponge on the counter with a little bit soap so we had to go purchase that too . There was a trash bag in there but that was it so we had to buy those too. The wash clothes and bathroom towels were very old and raggy, I would suggest bringing your own . The house met the our in needs of space and location to the beach just a short block away ! Brigantine was beautiful but i think if we return I would be bringing an extra suitcase of bedding , towels and household products .
