Lovely & Convenient Property

The Powhatan is a charming property with lovely grounds and an old manor house. It's perfect for a stay in Williamsburg. Great location...convenient to the College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. I will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Historic Powhatan resort, but never in the newer area. Unit was beautiful, spacious and located close to amenities. Would definitly stay there again.

Great Resort

The family enjoyed the resort. The pools were fantastic for the family! The rooms were clean. The resort was helpful whenever we needed anything. We will rerun if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful property

The property was very nice and provided ample walking areas and various activities for our entire family, ranging in age from 3 to 53. It was in close proximity to several shops and eateries.

Great Place

Extremely clean and nice place to stay. Amenities were amazing, lots of options for family activities. The suite had everything we needed (towels, dishware, cleaning supplies, etc). Close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water World. Perfect family vacation! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Family Option

This rental had plenty of space for our family of four. It was nice to have the linens and amenities. We enjoyed the walk ability of the property and the playground. It was very close to quick restaurants and Starbucks. It was perfectly located close to colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We will stay again when we are back in the area visiting family.

Exceeded Expectations

Our place was nicer than anticipated and perfect for a family of 5 attending Williamsburg over a long weekend. Josh was great I’m providing check in details and being thorough in the process of staying on a resort property. We will definitely be back!

Quick getaway

Came to Williamsburg for a quick weekend getaway with a friend. The room everything we were looking for… clean, spacious and close to the historic area. Had the weather been more cooperative I would have enjoyed walking the gorgeous grounds of the resort! Perhaps next time!

Great family getaway

Great family getaway. Powhatan resort is an excellent place to stay with your family. The facilities are wonderful with the polls, Racquetball, ping-pong, mini golf… The rooms are a little outdated, but the service was great. When we needed towels or coffee the service was quick and awesome. One of the units we had booked had some ants, and a sliding door that did not stay locked- So you may want to check on that. I did not report it while I was there because I didn’t want anyone to know that our door did not lock. We had a great time and we would definitely return. Thank you!

1st trip for our guest to Williamsburg

Everything was very nice. Had to replace the remote in the guest bedroom and had to have a new coffee maker. Also I thought the guest bedroom had a queen size bed but we had 2 twins which made our guest unhappy.
