THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

EXTRA SERVICES
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be offered for $50 each.

• Barbecue Grill: A $50 cleaning fee is charged.
If you run out of propane, you can buy a new one at your nearest 7-Eleven. Don't forget to take the empty tank for a lower cost to you.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• Some delivery drivers may leave packages at the front door. Please note that the front door is exposed and visible to anyone passing by, so we cannot guarantee the safety of unattended deliveries. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using the smart locker services offered by Amazon, USPS, and other delivery companies. These lockers are easy to use and provide a secure way to receive your packages. Simply search for the service online and follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
