Wonderful vacation home!

My husband, kids and parents had an amazing stay at Whispering Palms. We spent so much time relaxing in the beautiful pool! The house has absolutely everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Mary’s home was nothing short of spectacular. She was a great host and really thought of it all. The home was extremely clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family of 11 that stayed here. Short drive to restaurants and the pool was fantastic. The whispering palms made it feel like a resort. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation Home Yet!

This is a fantastic home for vacation! We were a party of 12 (8 adults, 4 year old, 2 year old, and 2 infants). The rooms were perfect for littles and the pool gate was much needed with our two year old's facination with the water!. The rooms were all fitted with comfortable beds and extra beds for the littles. They even stocked items for the babies so we didn't have to travel with strollers, and pack n plays. The entire property was VERY clean and had well stocked kitchen! The owners were prompt at responding and check out requests were very reasonable. Thank you for such a wonderful week. We had a wonderful family vacation with lots of great memories of our stay. Blessings!

Perfect Florida Getaway

This was one of the best places we have rented, both in Cape Coral and overall. Mary is the absolute best host. She really cares about the guests and their stay. The house is perfectly filled with everything you could need. The pool is clean and warm! We loved that there is a safety pool fence for our 18 month granddaughter. She loved the tricycle we pushed her around in!I really felt like I was communicating with a friend each time we exchanged notes! Mary even researched bike rentals for us as we decided whether to bring our own bikes!We would definately come back for another family vacation. Total relaxation!

A beautiful home with many amenities to please. All 7 of us had a great time swimming in the beautiful pool as well. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Hope to return one day.

Great Time/ Awesome property for a big Family.

Everything about our stay in this house was great it was absolutely gorgeous extremely clean literally about any comfort accommodations you would have at home, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we need, Mary the owner was such delight, the communication was awesome and very fast and informative I highly recommend this home.

This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation without having to bring everything from home. Including beach towels, blankets, chairs, chairs umbrellas, and even bikes. I recommend this place from r any large group of 10 or less.

Excellent Home in a Great Area

The property is VERY well kept and a lot of detail put in to making your stay a memorable one. The owner went above and beyond with communication and offered up a lot of helpful answers to our requests. The location was great and we had easy access to many amenities, stores and beaches. We slept 11 people very comfortably. I would rate this listing higher than the max of 5 stars on the cleanliness and communication. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure.

Family Getaway

We were a family of 8, ranging in age from 20 to 75. The house accommodated everyone comfortably. The kitchen and eating spaces were excellent. The outdoor space was very nice as well as private. The heated pool was very nice to have. Bbq worked great. Host was very nice, accommodating and communicative. We would stay there again.

Great for multiple familes

We had 3 families staying together, each had their own bedroom and bathroom with was a HUGE plus! The pool was wonderful! My only recommendation would be more bathroom towels otherwise, it was perfect! Mary was amazing at communicating if I had any questions!

Amazing house and host!

This house had everything we could have wanted. We were a group of 4 couples enjoying a weekend getaway together. The house and the facilities at the house are amazing. The host is super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If we could give 6 stars we would! We all agreed that we'd definitely stay here again - hopefully we'll see you next year ;)

Such a beautiful home! My family truly enjoyed everything about it! We even wanted to extend our stay but it wasn't available. Just bring yourself, everything possible is already there (even for babies)! Next time we will stay longer! Service and communication with host was a five all the way!

Great For Our Needs!

Came to Ft Myers area for a nephew’s wedding. This house was immaculate & well-stocked. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. No problems, so no need to contact the host. Never had time to dip in the super clean, warm pool. Overall a great welcoming property!

The home layout and central common space works well for a group. Excellent equipped for kids! Appreciated all the pool toys and safety fence. Kitchen was also well equipped. A Great Find For A Family Vacation

The home exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for 8 adult family members and the pool area had more than enough seating and table room. The landscaping around the pool provided plenty of privacy. Everything was labeled so there was no guessing as to what switches operated lighting. The owners were very responsive to multiple questions and they set up the home to be very welcoming. Very clean! Our family would not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

Beautiful spacious home

The house was everything we anticipated and more. It was fully stocked with simple items that you don’t realize you need such as salt, pepper, garbage bags, soap, etc. The kids loved swimming in the pool on days we didn’t get out and explore the town. Cape Coral is a beautiful area and we loved getting to visit Sanibel Island during the day. Also, the host Mary is super quick and responsive. She was a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be back!

Whispering Palms

It was the best getting together with kids and grandkids couldn’t have been better. Never thought this could happen with school and work schedules. There was 10 of us so a lot of room for us all. Whispering Palms was so equipped with everything you might need, actually more equipped than our own house. Would defiantly recommend anyone thinking of a family gathering. Family reunion

The home was perfect for our annual family beach trip. We have been doing a summer beach getaway for the past 12 yrs. My sister, mother and our seven kids age (2-17) loved the home, large pool and location. It had everything we needed - beach supplies, pool toys, plenty of beds/ linens etc. The home was clean and organized. The location was close to beach and they had this great book with tons of nearby activities and restaurants. We asked for flexible check in time due to my son touring Florida Gulf Coast University and the gracious host agreed to permit us access 45 min earlier. The host responded quickly and was wonderful. All the teens, kids and adults agreed this will be a future repeat VBRO!!! Thank you so much

Exceeded our Expectations

If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The reviews are accurate. This is a clean, safe, well maintained house stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. Mary the owner is super responsive to questions, and requests. I can't say enough good things about this house from how well stocked the Kitchen is, all of the extra beds, toys for the kids, games for the adults, USB ports in the bedrooms, HUGE smart TVs in every room, and of course the pool safety fence which was critical with 2 two year olds! We really enjoyed the pool, it was clean and the perfect temperature. We also used the grill, and Mary even had a backup propane bottle in the garage. You will find this is an extremely well thought out rental that makes you feel like you are at home! Thank you again Mary for renting us such a great house for our stay!

T.O.P.S. Ladies Retreat and Restore

We had a great time!!! We are a group of 9 older ladies. Staying at your beautiful home was exactly what our T.O.P.S. group needed. It gave us time to refresh, regroup and refine our purpose. Loved your pool for our water aerobics. 9 ladies and we had plenty of room for all of us with no complants. Everything was exactly as advertised. I planned 8 meals x 9 people so i brought food and snacks and most of my kitchen and everything to cook with was already there including the spices! I don't know what other praise I can give. Beautiful home

The home was exactly was described! It was enough space for our group of 11 with the master room in one side of the house, two rooms share a bathroom at the front of the house and the fourth room has its own bathroom.. the pool area and the sitting area were awesome. Def a great home!

We are a retired couple from Minnesota with 4 adult married children and 7 grandchildren. My parents always had a home in Cape Coral as my children grew up, so we wanted to continue that tradition with our grandchildren! Visits to my parents home in Florida was always a highlight for us all!

Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We love to walk to the stores or get ice-cream a few blocks away! We have a few ground owls that are fascinating to watch as well and a neighborhood favorite!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home is very spacious with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. "The Palms" (bedroom #1) has a huge walk-in shower & separate jetted tub. "Coral Reef" and "Sunset Waters" (Bedrooms 2 & 3) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bedroom #4 "Dancing Dolphins" has a full private bathroom with tub/shower that has a door exiting to the lanai and pool, convenient to shower before and after swimming in the pool. We have named our rooms and decorated them as the room has been named to add some fun to our home. We have a large family and have tried to think of everything to make our home accommodate them and all our guest that come to vacation at Whispering Palms!
