With no shortage of things to do, the whole family will have days of fun.

This condo has a spectacular view from the eighth floor with large windows purposefully made to see the ocean, bringing in lots of natural light to flood the space. You'll find it comfortable and relaxing, with plenty of soft furniture to lounge on, large TVs to not miss your favorite show, and a communal air that brings families together. Challenge loved ones to friendly competition with board games at the dining table or make memories with grand feasts. The group's chef will love preparing home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms, incredibly soft beds, and TVs for private viewing. Access the long balcony from several points in the condo for optimal sunrise viewing with your morning cup of coffee or romantic sunsets with your evening glass of wine.

NOTE: Paradise Pointe is a tobacco-free vacation resort (smoking and smokeless), including balconies and grounds.The resort has a covered parking garage that does not accommodate oversized vehicles, rear cargo carriers, hitch balls, or rooftop luggage racks. Also note that trailers, golf carts and motorcycles are not permitted. No pets, no grills, and no fireworks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
