Location was great and the condo was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add a few more sets of bath towels and washcloths--those run out quickly with 6 people and a beach trip. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Perfect location. Short walk to expo, transition, swim start. Can see all from the balcony. Can hear them calling in the finishers as you sit on the balcony having a snack/drink after your own race.

OCEAN VIEW FROM MASTER BATHROOM WAS AMAZING !!!

Condo is very updated & everything looked exactly like the pictures. Only downfall we had was the weather & the pool is cold. ( my fault for assuming all FL condos have a saltwater pool) My favorite part in the condo was the AMAZING view of the ocean while i showered !!! It was awesome!

5 Star Property and Host!

My family and I had never been to Panama City Beach prior to this vacation so we did not know what to expect. First, this property was exactly as advertised! We were so appreciative of this as we made the long drive from New York to stay here. Gorgeous property with such a beautiful view. We could have literally sat on the balcony all day, but there was just too much to do! It was a perfect vacation for 2 parents and 4 teenagers (15, 17, 18, 18....3 boys and 1 girlfriend of one boy!). There was just something for everyone including the beach, the pool, Pier Park, the pier, the restaurants! I could go on and on. We even saw our first sea turtle, and a second as well, in their natural habitats while walking the pier. That was so cool! As for our vacation rental, it was perfect for the 6 of us. It was beautifully decorated and modern and had everything we needed! Did I mention those views? Kristy, our host, was so kind and helpful from the day we decided to rent this property. She made sure we clearly understood the check in process, made sure we had the parking passes, quickly sent us a new code for the door when she realized the code might not work (which prevented much frustration after such a long drive), sent a list of her 'favorites' around the area, made sure we had clear check out procedures (minimal and simple) and the best part was she handled it gracefully when I had to report an accidental mishap with the refrigerator (side shelf). This vacation rental is a 5 star in every way!
