3 bedroom 2 bath house with two large living rooms to spread out and relax. Fire pit in back, outdoor pool, grill, corn hole (bags game), fire table and large front porch to eat or relax with family and friends. Tv's in every room with some streaming services provided. Exterior only security cameras are provided for added safety and comfort.

Often great area to view the night sky and enjoy the stars.

The home was about 20 minutes from the UIUC campus and easy to get to. The host was great about communicating and following up on our stay. The house was very big with lots and lots of room to unwind. Both the front and back porch were awesome for unwinding and just hanging out.

Wonderful stay!

The house was amazing and Ryan was a great host. We used the backyard and the pool and It was a great hangout for our family as we celebrated a graduation. We would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great area. It was just a few minutes from U of I and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We visited in Nov so we did not use the pool, but the firepit was exactly what we wanted. Ryan was a great host, explained everything well, and even left some snacks for us. The house was clean and perfect for a few friends to enjoy the game.

Great family friendly stay!

We loved our stay in Sidney! Great location/layout for families in a quiet neighborhood. Our daughter absolutely loved the playset, pool and s’mores making in the fire pit. Our go-to place for future visits. Highly recommend!

Fun weekend away

We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well.

We enjoyed our Homecoming stay at Ryan’s. The size of the house is as-described and we appreciated the goodies provided by the host - s’more supplies, grilling utensils, and plenty of firewood. The house is clearly a primary residence, so it is well lived in. It was close enough to Champaign-Urbana for us and we were able to rideshare back at the end of the evening. Yet, it’s far enough away from town to spread out and have fun. Thanks again, Ryan!

Quiet place away from it all

We enjoyed the stay in Sydney it was well equipped home with many entertainment options we had stayed for graduation weekend and it was just the oasis we needed after the chaos on campus. Thank you to Ryan and his family for making us so comfortable.

Father’s Day weekend gathering!

Great location to our family there! The place was clean and the host was more than welcoming! He had muffins for our breakfast, s’mores for night time and plenty of supplies for the weekend! Stay for Ind. State Wrestling

Hospitality and communication were great. Everything we needed was available. It was nice having family together and room to spread out a bit when not at the IHSA Ind. State Wrestling Championship. Comments were already made about hopefully returning next year.

Great home away from home

This house was a perfect place for our family when visited extended family in the area. The cozy house had plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. We enjoyed the back deck, pool, playground and yard especially. The 2 living areas and big screen tvs with Roku in every room were nice. The goodie basket with breakfast and snacks as well as cookies/milk in the fridge were very thoughtful! We didn’t make a fire in the fire pit, but hopefully next time! The kitchen was well stocked and a nice laundry room was a bonus. The house is a primary residence, so the closets, drawers, cabinets, etc were filled with personal belongings, but the owner provided portable storage drawers for guest. This wasn’t a problem, we just weren’t aware before renting. The owner provided a detailed welcome pack upon arrival explaining this. Thank you again for opening your home to our family! We would love to stay again on our next visit to Illinois!

Beautiful Home and Fun Place to Visit!

We recently stayed in the home for a weekend and it was perfect! From the cookie dough in the fridge for us to enjoy, detailed instructions greeting us by name and even heaters in the bathroom, this property was perfect. We enjoyed all the gathering spaces, played in the pool and even watched a storm roll in from the front porch around the fire. Ryan really thought about every detail to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend, we will be back!!
