This was our second stay at this beautiful Florida home, and we absolutely love it! The house is always clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beach getaway. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities are fantastic! We especially love having the golf cart, which makes getting around so convenient and fun. Being so close to the beach is another huge plus! It truly feels like our home away from home, and we always hate to leave. We’ve made wonderful memories here and look forward to coming back again! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at It’s a Wonderful Life! Big back yard for our dog. The bed was very comfortable. Rent this house you won’t regret it.

My stay was excellent couple things I noticed the light in the spare bathroom needs replaced or tightened. It flickered, and the outlet in the master bath between the sinks has no power other than that the place is awesome.

Very clean and perfect space for 6 adults. We loved having the golf cart for the trips to local bars and the beach! Very comfortable beds and very spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. Lots of storage room inside and out. Liked the convenience of the garage for storage of vehicle and storing beach items.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and spacious. The golf cart was a definite plus, getting us to the beach and back efficiently. Jason was a great communicator and was very responsive anytime I had questions. The only downfall was the refrigerator/freezer, it smelled terrible! There was baking soda inside to try to alleviate the "fishy" smell, but that was ineffective. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Blue Swell, for making our trip enjoyable! I would definitely stay again.

I’d stay again. Spacious property. Only a few minor hiccups and they were quickly addressed. Secure fenced back yard for dogs. Near to attractions. Beach was pretty near although not visible. Nice garage. Didn’t use the golf cart but it looked nice. I would make a suggestion for a full length mirror on a door somewhere. It’d be an inexpensive benefit. House smelled clean and was tidy, The master shower needs minor attention from mildew but overall it was a great place to stay. Very convenient for dogs.

The home is beautiful and very convenient to the beach. However, we had a horrible issue with ants from day one. I understand it’s the beach. But we were swarmed with them and hadn’t even had food in the home yet. They did send out a maintenance man, but he acted as if it were a burden to be there and only sprayed the kitchen near the stove and microwave. So the problem just moved throughout the kitchen and dining room. Other than that our experience was great. The beds are a slight uncomfy, but nothing horrible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Christmas Tree Ln was amazing. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had plenty of space for us. It was a short ride by golf cart to a beautiful beach. We had no issues parking the cart or finding a good spot on the beach. The hot tub was a wonderful addition after a long day. We were just far enough from the busier part of town and traveled almost everywhere we needed to go on the golf cart which made parking and traveling not only easy but so fun. We can’t wait to rent from Blue Swell again.

Loved loved loved our stay here! Its close to the beach. The kids loved the golf cart rides all over the place and to the beach every day. It was super nice to be able to wind down in the hot tub after long days of adventure. Definitely a 10/10 family spot!

Great stay

Great stay Easy to get to and loved the golf cart for access to the beach. Home is spacious and has plenty of room. Back yard for dog was great. Loved the garage to be able to store beach items.

Girls trip

5 adults and a dog spent 4 nights here for memorial weekend and were thrilled with our stay. The property was very clean especially for being dog friendly. Golf cart and hot tub for a huge plus. Easy drive to the beach! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and beautifully maintained. Excellent location with a very short golf cart ride to the beach. Convenient to both the 30A & Panama City shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful home

Everything was beautiful. The decor, cleanliness, even with it being dog friendly, the house was immaculate. Beach less than 5 minutes away on the go-cart. We enjoyed our stay.

Panama Beach for the 4th of July

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved that it included a golf cart. The beach was just a short golf cart ride away. The house had space for our family of 8. Close to everything. Clean and well taken care of. We would come back.
