This updated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is set up specifically for you to get the most out of your golf trip to Pinehurst!

Located in the heart of the largest residential area in the village of Pinehurst, you will experience quiet local living in one of the most renowned golf resort towns in the world.

Work on your game in your very own commercial-grade golf simulator, featuring a Uneekor Eye XO launch monitor and GSPro software. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck, watching the dewsweepers play one of the most picturesque golf holes in all of Pinehurst. Spend your evenings relaxing in the hot tub screened-in sunroom.

The living room provides a spacious gathering for all guests, with a large sectional couch, high top table, and gaming area all surrounding the original brick fireplace upon which is hung a large TV to stream all your favorite shows and sports via the Spectrum TV app (provided).

The Retreat at No. 5 offers a tastefully-remodeled kitchen, living room, and bedrooms and 5 beds.

Super-fast wireless internet and Spectrum TV streaming on all 4 TVs are waiting for your business and entertainment needs.

We provide laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started.

This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends.

Village ordinances strictly enforce quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Please be mindful of that if you choose to stay in our home. We do not allow events or parties of any kind.

Due to local regulations, we have a STRICT maximum of 6 adult guests. Additional children are welcome.

Sleeping Accommodations:

Master Bedroom: King bed with direct walk out to the screened-in sunroom, a walk in closet and full bathroom with additional vanity separate from the commode/shower area.

Bedroom #2: King bed and shared full bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 - Twin XL over Queen and Twin XL trundle. This room is great for kids!


Early Check-in and/or late Check-Out may be arranged for additional $100 fees each (subject to availability).

Perfect location

The house was perfect for a golf trip. Right on one of the holes, great back deck to watch golf. The amenities fit perfect for a golf trip, and the golden tee was perfect for some night time golf betting.

Great stay

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving. The house was in a nice neighborhood, close to many golf courses outside of Pinehurst. It was very clean and had everything I needed to make a thanksgiving dinner. We loved the hot tub and the golf simulator was a big hit. Ryan was very prompt in responding to my messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Golf trip for the family

We came down for the US Kids golf tournament. This was perfect for our family. Simulator, games, hot tub, and spacious. We had some difficulty getting the simulator started and the communication with the owner was great! Quick response! We will definitely stay here again!

Great House for family stay

We booked this house for a quick getaway between Christmas and New Years and it was great. We have 2 boys (ages 19 and 15) and a dog so it was important to have enough room for all of us. The hot tub and Golden Tee arcade game were great amenities. Will definitely look for this house again if we come back next year. Dave

Perfect golfers getaway

Ideal location with all the extras! If you want to tweak your swing or play another round you can use the simulator. If you are sore or need a recharge, get in the hot tub. Want to have some fun, play on the golden tee or just watch the golfers as they approach the green. Great house!

Amazing!!

Everything about this stay has been amazing. The communication with the host was great. He is so friendly and accommodating. This house is just spectacular. Its right on the 9th hole of Pinehurst No. 5 which was the icing on the cake. The finishes in this home are lovely and the simulator room took it to another level. If you are looking for a rental that is conveniently located, modern and has ALL of the amenities... this is it!! We'll be back!

Golf Trip with Buddies

Overall, this property was fantastic. The only issue was the deck and outdoor furniture. The deck needs a good pressure washing as well as the furniture. The furniture could not be used base on this. The deck is a prominent feature of the house especially because it backs up to the golf course. The only other recommendation would be to update the chairs at the kitchen table. Besides those items, this is a perfect house for a golf trip. The simulator was the real deal and the golden tee is such a great add. The inside of the house was so comfortable and spacious. The only thing we did not do was the hot tub but it was opened and looked awesome.
